  1. Just a serious thought here.

I don't recall seeing any non human drones portrayed except for breif glipses in the background. No Andorians, Tellerites, Gorn, Orions, Klingons Etc. had major screen time.

What about that Voyager episode where Janeway,Tuvok, and B'Ellana get assimilated on purpose.B'Ellana had alot of screen time and she's klingon.(well half Klingon anyways)

First Contact: look carefully at the exterior scene and you see a drone with Klingon ridges...

  2. Patrick Stewart is in a new UK advert for the supermarket chain Marks & Spencer. He narrates Christmas tales which are played out by British 'celebrities'. Have you ever spotted any Trek actors doing commercials? I know Nimoy did one for Time computers a while back.

  3. According to Star Trek Monthly (UK) November 2002, this question was raised. I think the answer there was that yes, the timeline WAS altered but it had never been reconciled with Enterprise. In the end, the conclusion was simply that the time line was altered, but everything that flowed after the alteration was exactly the same as before. Altered! But exactly the same to the human eye.

  4. Halloween. Or 'all Hallow's eve'. When it was believed that the dead would rise from their graves and return to the houses they once lived in. So lanterns were made to scare them away. Big in America as, like the baby shower, these things died out in England over time but remained with the nerve shattered pilgrims who moved to America in the 17th century. Now the influenence of American culture has brought such things back to the fore in Britain.

  5. Why do all children in Star Trek have 'accelerated growth'??? For heaven's sake. They also have accelerated annoying factor as well. Naomi deserved to be locked in a holodeck on a safari programme with the safeties off. Get them elephants a chargin. Either that or blow her out of an air lock, make her eat Neelix's boiled underpants, make her lick Janeway's bun, make her call Seven of Nine a Borg prostitute, make her dance naked in the mess hall wearing nothing but a communicator singing Live and Let Die by Guns n Roses during a Kazon attack (which no one really notices - minimal damages to the shields)

  6. If I were watching television one night and a DS9 mini-series came on, I would of course be surprised and happy to watch it. I do, however, believe that nothing lasts forever. And that sometimes a story has a beginning, a middle and an end. And DS9 had a lovely ending, with all loose ends cleared up. Tp re-open that can of worms would be a diversion of resources that would be better invested in something new with a future. The old saying 'you can't flog a dead horse' and 'let sleeping dogs lie' spring to mind.

  7. What's the point in asking 'what you can spot' when you have gone ahead and named them all?

Anyway, at the battle of Wolf 359, I think there was also some 'kitbashing' going on, with the USS Firebrand, with only one warp nacelle!
