I believe they will bring Data back at some point.
Thank you for agreeing with us Sisters VBG!!! -
Well, they don't help their images at all....

-
I so want to be there...and I plan to be there unless the funds aren't there! So PLEASE count me in!!

This site is so awesome! I am so glad that my Sisters and I came to this site!! Thank god I saw Takara over here, and decided to follow her!! And now the community population is over 200!

I voted for the Startrekfans1.0(the green one)....a while back but didn't get to post because my computer was being stupid at the time... I picked it on the grounds that I like the green(ok, so green is my favorite color, but still)

Oh, I will...it is amazing to me that more people our age don't remember what a record is(I guess it is because I was raised listening to records, 8-tracks, cassettes, and now CD's). It is like asking a 10-18 year old what a 8track is.

I agree *joins the group hug*
Those smilies are cute!

stop stop already your making me hungry just talking about it.lol. especially since im cutting down, and trying to get back into shape for a agility test coming up in VA. so please for the love of god stop. lol. but boy that sounds good, i love donuts and eclairs. and pretty much anything bread.Sorry...can't help that, miss my grandfather(he passed away in 1994
) and so I miss his baking....even though my cousin has since taken over the bakery from my aunt(his mom) and is returning the food and business back to the way my grandpa had it...Hooray and Thank God for my cousin!!!I really missed the way my grandpa made the donuts and eclairs...I have tried both recently...and I really think my cousin has done a great job, my grandpa would be so proud!

Depends on where I am....
my mom is an opener at McDonalds(5am-1pm is her shift) so when I go there it usually a steak egg and cheese sandwhich(I order the bisuit version, but have them change it to a hamburger bun)
At Quincy's breakfast bar....I attack the fruit, and have mushrooms covered in cheese(I know that those are supposed to go on eggs, but I don't wanna eat them like that), or the potato slices dipped in the cheese.
At village inn or anywhere that serves all meals 24 hours a day, I will have a grilled chicken sandwhich.
As for at home....if I eat breakfast...it will be a glass Carnation Good Start Instant Breakfast(Classic Chocolate-even though my dad said it tastes like dirt, my brother thinks it tastes like alfalfa, and my mom and sister won't even touch it...but it is good!!), a handful of Crispix or Frosted Mini-Wheats, or something I find in the refridgerator(Cheese covered Stuffed mushroom caps, leftover steak or chicken, or a jar of fruit)

I kinda like both..even though we are in the process of getting music downloaded that we had on records...it is getting harder to find parts: arms, stylus, ect. So...now we are transferring stuff to CD.
Funny thing is I know what a record is, definately know what an LP/or Vinyl is....but my little sister(2 years younger) recently asked about a black CD that was on the table. We asked her what she was talking about and she picks up the LP and goes, "Who's big black CD is this?" My mom, dad and I cracked up...and she suddenly goes "It is not funny, I forgot that people ACTUALLY still have these record things!"
Either that or someone in my class(my junior year of high school) actually ran up to the film projector, stopped the film, and removed the record that was playing the film's commentary. When the teacher freaked out, the kid goes, and I quote.."Dude, that scratchy thing is gonna totally (I'm trying to misspell a badword but can't) up your CD! You gotta get a thing that plays big CD's instead of this thing! You teachers are so out of it man!"
-
ya. i really had the feeling that the movie was unfinished when it ended. i thought there would be more after all that music so me and my friend watched it all (its about 5 minutes and its a black screen with elevator music playing. lol). i did find it funny though. it was pretty smart to end it that way. especially with the frenchmen again. "now go away or i will taunt you a second time!" lol. oh and the whole horse riding, coconut clapping thing was great.Definately!
Or the whole opening credit scene...of course ending with the credits done by Harry the Wonder Llama(or whatever his name was!)

well,HAPPY 23RD BIRTHDAY YILLARA!!!
i also play a bit of basketball. i suck at volleyball. i prefer Canadian football. probably because i dont know a THING about the NFL except the feilds are smaller
Thanks bysty!
I am the opposite I am pretty good at volleyball(even though I am short) and suck at basketball(I can make baskets, I can dribble, but overall I am much better at other sports). NFL, I usually only watch my favorite teams...Green Bay Packers, and Jacksonville Jaguars(which of course is the "home" team for me...I live to around 45 minutes to the south of JAX)

I haven't read too many st books (what? me not reading? its very unusual, I know), but I really liked Pathways (I liked Mozaic until the end. I really didn't like the end), and Immortal Coil.Any luck finding Metamorphosis, yet?? It is such a great book.
nope, not yet. It's driving me crazy here!
Darn...Actually I just got lucky that I found my replacement copy at a used book store...They went ahead and gave it to me for $2.50(regular price for a used paperback novel at their store), but were going to charge me the $6 because it is rare. I guess I looked at the owner pathetically enough and he felt bad for me..either that or he let me have it cause he thought I was nuts

I know that the Art Assylum toys are available online and at Target(which is where I got my Data figure from Nemesis, and where I got the Borg figure for my brother)
-
cuz he's a nice guy, the VISORS cool, it can do things that normal eyes cant, and I'd need someone to keep Data company when I was busy captaining
I agree with dsbs... Hey, you gotta keep in mind he doesn't have the VISOR anymore, he has the optical implants.

Moody Blues...Floyd...Yes. LOVE IT!I am not a Pink Floyd fan but I have a CD by the London Symphonic(don't remember the actual orchestra's name) but they did two Albums of British Invasion Music, and then one album of American music(of course over 90% of the CD is instrumental).. I really like their version of Floyd's Another Brick In The Wall. It is awesome!
Other songs I really liked off of their CD's: Nights In White Satin(absolutely beautiful version of my FAVORITE Moody Blues song!), Bohemian Rhapsody, Stairway To Heaven(Used a section of this for a gymnastics routine for a while in 2001), and there are soo many more good ones..

ACKK THEY ARE CRAZY AT THE MAKERS OF PEPSI!!!
My brother has read somewhere that they are making new flavored Pepsis..ladies and gentlemen please have your "airplane" sickness bags open and prepared....
PEPSI's new flavors...... Raspberry Pepsi, Banana Pepsi and I think he said either Grape or Orange Pepsi. Yes that is right folks the Pepsi cola you guys all know but with all new flavorings added to them.. **Gags** Ok, I will be alright now. I really think they should have stopped with the Cherry and Vanilla flavorings in cola...they have gone way too far with Tropical Fruit Sprite and Pepsi Blue(Blue Raspberry), and now this crud!
Kinda rates on the Gag-O-Meter with the new Freedom(or French, either way you say it) Fries....they are regular potatoes on the inside...coated in CHOCOLATE so kids will eat them more!! Or the blue ones I saw, or the green or purple ketsup I saw at the store.... as a kid, I know I NEVER would have eaten that stuff, it is NASTY LOOKING, and I am sure chocolate covered potatoes are disgusting to taste!

Yeah it is sad, but that is such a GOOD movie...makes me mad to have people act so suprised that Robin Williams can do very serious movies. He is awesome.

Today(May 3) marks not only my 23rd birthday, but my 20th year in gymnastics(1983-2003 and will keep counting!). I was competitive from 1986-1998(and wish every day that there wasn't an age restriction, and that I could continue to compete!)
I also love playing badminton, volleyball, football(American, I actually played in my high schools Seniors vs. Juniors powder puff game as a defensive tackle. The Class of 1998 won, YAY!! And it was SUPPOSED to remain flag football since we were not wearing the pads and helmets, but it turned into tackle football before the start of the third quarter. Well, only tackle football for a short period of time.)
I tried my hand at golf, love fishing and figure skating, tried soccer and basketball(since I am under 5' tall this game can be pretty tough!)
As for games that some of my students call sports...I love playing dodgeball and kickball. Ooh, mountain climbing! I love climbing those rock walls, and would love soemday to try real mountain climbing!!
Olympic sports that I kinda want to try(but probably would chicken out at the last minute): Luge, skeleton or ski jumping!
And all of these sports (with the exception of gymnastics) my mom taught me(you name a sport and she has more than likely played it). She may be almost 48 years old but she can still tattoo someone in the numbers when she throws a football, heck it feels like she is impaling that darned ball into your chest...and as for volleyball, forget trying to block a spike of hers(believe me I have TRIED)!

Well that's cool, however, please remember to save some time from seeing the circus to visit the Con! :blink:Of course i will spend most my time at the Con, I mean that is the MAIN reason why I would be going to Vegas!!

I don't think it matters cause in the last episode of TNG(all good things) the rolmulans will be destroyed or taken over by the Klingons.I posted regarding this in your TNG question. Once again it was a Q scenario in All Good Things and the future was changed when the anti-time anomoly was "destroyed".
Yes, my Sister is right...

Will Data Be Resurrected?

I agree with Takara
And bysty...OMG! That song was in the short film Attack of the ChubbChubbs(the cartoon before Men In Black II)!!! I loved that cartoon! "Hey, you guys are little fuzzy quesinarts. Do you like karaoke?"
