I voted for RPG....well the ones I usually play are on Nintendo, and most I have been told count as RPG: Super Mario 1-3, Super Mario RPG, Yoshi's Island, Legend Of Zelda(I, II, Link To the Past, Seasons-on Game Boy), to name a few.
I also am quite addicted to Tetris!

"oh, P*** OFF!"
Anybody remember the argument room, well, he was looking for that room and ended up accidentally ending up in the abuse room?
-
I gotta check that one out when i get the DVD!

Yeah, they would never would have let Lore get anywhere near the Enterprise....after all their previous mistakes with him..I am sure they finally learned their lesson.. And then again B4 accessed the ships computer to help out the bad guys too, even though in his case, he had no idea that he was doing a bad thing...
I voted B4 should have been the one in Nemesis, as he of course was. Even though I kinda wanted to see Lore appear again....

kinda completely nullifies the effect of professionalism.Yeah.
On the other hand, for growing up with a mom like Lwaxana she's remarkably modest.
Oh, isn't that an understatement...
-
Yeah, I get what you're saying...kinda completely nullifies the effect of professionalism.

Oh yeah, the "I'm sensing something" OK what, the bridge crew getting annoyed with every word that comes from her mouth, the kids playing in the school room, hostility coming from the other ship, or sensing how really dumb she must sound to everyone since she always stated the obvious or left everyone dangling on the hopes that she will finish her sentence.

You have a point...Or how about the barely there costumes...like the Edo, or some of the TOS outfits?

Eat half a meal a day. Walk 2-5 miles a day. Bike ride if you can. Sleep full 8-hour nites. Drink lots of water when you get hungry. Most importantly, eat little.7 days later, you'll of lost 10 pounds. Then slowly ease into a healthy eating habbit over the next week.
It should work real well.

That can work for some...but each persons metabolism is different. If I eat less I gain weight....when I was in Russia, I loved the food there and ate as much as I could(and believe me there was plenty) and when i returned to America I was 107lbs(I actually had periods of times in those three weeks that my excercise level was less than I normally did...when i left for Russia I weighed 125 lbs)...Now my minimum weight is 125 lbs, so I had to try and regain 18 lbs. So for me...I have too eat more and more often, in order to lose weight.. So if eating less doesn't work then modify your diet to eat more, by eating several small meals versus two or three regular meals a day.
In regards to exercise level...since I am a gymnast...I just try and maintain my competitive shape, by continuing to workout similar to the way I did when I was competitive(including conditioning: push ups, pull ups, crunches, situps, running/sprints, jumping expercises, ect.) But, of course that regime wouldn't work for many people...

1. Most Trekkies are aethists, so get ready for people to ask ya not to preach!
Sorry to say this to you...I am not an atheist, I am a Lutheran...and even though I do not attend church every Sunday, I am still a Lutheran, who is a Trek fan...
Even though you were speaking from experienc, CJLP, I'm still adding my two cents. lol.
I am in fact a catholic. I even go to a catholic school. I do not go to church every Sunday and on average I only go around 5 times a year, and yes, at times I do question my faith, but it is common that those who question it only make it stronger. Anyways, I do believe in God. Sometimes it is quite difficult to believe that some being is out there that watches over us and created us, it even can seem quite silly, but I still believe. I do not think that the Bible was to be taken literally. I think it does the same thing even Star Trek does. It tells us a story which shows something humans can have in common with, which displays a message. In the Bible, it is the message of kindness and love to everyone. In Star Trek, it is the same. Now that I am thinking of it, if you look beyond the Science-Fiction of Star Trek, it can display the same ideals that Christianity tries to teach us. In fact, by watching Star Trek, you can strengthen your faith, not diminish it because of all the underlying messages and how closely related all those messages are to the Bible. Those are just my beliefs however. Now I am just rambling so let's move along.
Yes, I do think Aliens exist. No doubt about it. I agree with everyone else in that it is ignorant to think that the human species is the only one out there. The universe is very vast. One thing though: has anyone here read the book Sphere by Micheal Crichton? Well, in the book, it states some theories related to the existence of other life-forms. It says that it is against all odds that the aliens will be humanoid. There are far too many factors that must be the same to produce a humanoid species. We probably will not even be able to communicate because the factors would have been so different in the evolution of the species that we would be entirely different. Anyways, I am rambling again, so I'll end it with that.
I think your two cents were definately worth it... He may be speaking from experience(CJLP) but now we are speaking from ours(so it is not rambling on your part)!!

I tried rollerblading once...I wasn't very good at it so I don't think I can give you very many pointers (regular rollerskating and ice skating, on the otherhand....those I am pretty good at!)

VBG =
I seem to recall a time when I joked about passing you in the post totals and you then changed your post total so that the first number was a 2 instead of a zero so you briefly had over 20,000 posts. B)

I remember that!!!

Kinda rates on the Gag-O-Meter with the new Freedom(or French, either way you say it) Fries....they are regular potatoes on the inside...coated in CHOCOLATE so kids will eat them more!!what are these "freedom" fries you speak of? what happened to good old french fries?
also, with all these new foods im starting to eat alot healthier. those are gross so im eating alot more salads and fruits. whos bright idea was it to make green ketchup? yuck.
I call them French Fries, but I put taht "alternate" name up in case anyone was still being sensitive about the whole french reaction to the war thing....I mean I asked my little sister to pass me the french fries and she gave me this really dirty look and goes "No, but I can pass you these Freedom fries.." I just stared at her straight faced and go "Whatever, OK, fine just give me teh damned potato sticks!" So, just in case I put both names for it...cause I didn't want another situation like the one with my sister...
I don't know what it is with the strange and unappitizing new colors....they are making pink and green, and purple Cheese and butter(NOT KIDDING I HAVE SEEN THESE!!)

I am a huge fan of classical, but my favorite of all time is movie scores. The music written to underscore the movies. John Williams is my favorite, but I like Jerry Goldsmith and all of the others. I like Big Band era music, but I'm not a fan of what is more commonly called jazz (or, to my family, nails of a chalkboard). I can appreciate many styles of musical art, but I am very picky when it comes to my own tastes. I'm not a fan of the sixties and seventies, however, and the eighties were awful, but I give them credit for how happy and upbeat some of the music was. Nope, I'm a pre-1900s, 1920-1940, orchestral, which is a word, fan.~Conor
The Olympic Committee has decided recently to award an Olympic Gold medal to someone....someone who has contributed SO much to the Olympics throughout his career: JOHN WILLIAMS!
I thought that this was sooo cool, so I thought I would share!!
