Definately...I joked with my mom about trying to take in the two Cirque du Soliel shows(Mystere and O) when I am there...ok,ok,ok so being the gymnast that I am, I actually said that I would try to sneak in to the show and get to perform with them...All she said was.."I knew you'd say that..." and then shook her head and laughed!

:angry: No I didn't get to fly it....mom's launch pad was messed up and launch was a no-go! We have thought about getting new rockets and launch pad and starting over, for the first time in about 10 years!

Michaels(arts and crafts superstore) just opened here in St. Augustine, and they have a great selection of rocket equipment so finding stuff shouldn't be a problem.

Sweatpants and t-shirt...works for nearly every occasion...heck I wear that to work. And definately makes for good PJ's...unless it is in the dead of summer, and you don't have the A/C turned on!

I spoke to my mom about it, and I was worried that she'd say that I should save up to go back to college or say something about getting my bills paid off before thinking of going on a trip....Know what she said??? "So, Are you going?" and I said that I really wanted to go...She said"You're almost 23, and you have been dying to go to Star Trek: The Experience for years now. So save up and go for it!" Gotta love my mom, she has always been pretty cool about stuff like that...after all she let me go to Russia as a Student Ambassador when I was 13, and attend the National Young Leaders Conference in DC when I was 17! YAY! So unless I can't scrape up enough cash, and my mom is unable to help me with expenses...I WILL BE THERE EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! :angry: :lol: :)

Personally, I had gotten a model of the Enterprise D from my mom for Christmas, when I was 10 or 11. And I also had gotten a modle rocket from her for my birthday, it was a Klingon Battle Cruiser.

I'd choose Picard.  He can kick major butt.  It was so out of character for Picard to have been whupped by Soran in Generations but they had to so Kirk could come back.  Take a look at Picard (Patrick Stewart) did you see how buff he is (check out the end of First Contact).  Gosh this is a guy who kicked Nausicaan butt.  Picard all the way!!!

Dr. McCoy...he was my favorite of the doctors...

As for trusting any of them....I don't know, I am very nervous around medical personel or medical facilities, so I would have a hard time deciding that one! I never liked doctor's growing up, and they still give me the creeps.

I think that font will have to do, it seems to be the closest to the boxes being even!

it would be quite troubling if some of the space tourists would die.It would bring bad publicity to space tourism and eventually all would be lost.I think we're not yet ready for the "real" space tourism...But,nevertheless,if they would offer it,I would take it

I agree that we are not ready for Space Tourism quite yet. I mean the industry is still trying to work out the reasons for the Columbia distaster (and yes, I do know that it all goes back to lack of funding)...so I really think it is too soon to try and send more than a standard shuttle crew into space. Maybe in the next decade or two when the program gets back on to its feet. Now if the government will turn its attention towards the needs of space industry we will just have to see before booking that interstellar vacation.

I felt "let down" by Generations myself, and not simply because of the death of James T Kirk.  When I first heard that they were making a TNG/TOS crossover, I had great expectations.  I pictured the Enterprise A being drawn through a time warp and coming across the Enterprise D.  Picard meeting Kirk!  Spock meeting Data, and both of them driving McCoy nuts!  Kirk and Riker competing for the girl!  I was excited!  What did I get?  Kirk and Picard beating up the bad guy and Kirk getting killed by falling off a cliff!!!  It was a big letdown.

I hate to say this but, I agree that TOS ended with Trek VI and I don't think the animated series would particularly transfer well to the big screen. I mean, it COULD work, but I know I probably wouldn't see it.

i think he should be ressurected but only as b4 with datas memories and he just wont be the same. by the end of the movie the tng crew will realize that they are not doing data justice by keeping his memories in b4 so they will deactivate him.

What about B4? That's just cold! :angry:

We don't agree very often, but this time I do agree CJLP! THat is cold about just deactivating B4. Bysty, don't you realize that even though B4 had Data's memories, he is a seperate person??? That would be like haveing twin children, one dies and the parents decide we need to get rid of the other twin because she/he reminds us too much of the deceased twin....that is truly sick!

As much as I am not a fan on Frakes, as an actor, I voted for him he is a kick*ss director! I loved First Contact, so of course I would vote for the director who did that movie!!

I can't believe that he will never be seen again. Ther is just too much for him and his kind to do and give to SF and the Star Tek world as well, so i will be a worm and say YES, he will be back

I think that removing certain events from his memory...the attack on the outposts, the destruction of the colony, stuff like that... Because I definately believe that you would go from a dangerous psychotic android, to a very suicidal grief-striken one if you were to let him retain all of the memories. And a complete memory wipe?Forget ever seeing that smirk again, he would be completely different....but if for any reason his memory was not the cause for him going to the bad...you would HAVE to make sure you found the cause and repaired it...or, he'd be off and running, planning to destroy humanity again!

I hated any of the episodes that delt with klingon politics.  They were always so boring.

I didn't hate them...but they aren't my favorites for the same reason you dislike them...they get boring.

Best season....worst season....I can't pick those...I like all but a handful of episodes..and even then I like sections of those as well. Exception being..Shades of Grey!!
