  1. I've attended several dozen Houston oilers games (during the 70's,and 80's),and twice as many Houston Astros/Atlanta Braves match-ups(mostly in Houston). On the college level,I have been two three or four Arkansas men's basketball games.I keep meaning to go and see the Titans, but never have gotten around to it.

  2. I only just recently began watching this show, and I love it.Its just so funny.I especially like John Inman's character. He's my favorite.Anybody else watched this television show?I wasn't aware that it had been playing on PBS for quite some time now,but now that I know about it,I don't plan to miss a single episode.I'm going to check out the BBC on-line tonight and check to see if I can buy this show on DVD or VHS.Great stuff.Really hilarious.

  3. UFO's don't have to be "alien space ships.  UFO's are any kind of unidentified flying objects.  Get's annoying when people hear you say UFO and assume you're speaking of aliens.

Well, its too boring talking about new aircraft and weather balloons,CJLP!

We're Trekkies afterall,we want to discuss little green men! :) :alien:

  4. Rained out today. No NY-Bosox tonight...Booo!!!Hiss!!!(alright,enough catcalls from the Peanut gallery).

In The NLCS the Marlins came back to force another game, keeping the Cubbies from returning to the World Series....hell,they've waited 58-years.They can stand another 48-hours.I think Chicago will take the next game, and win the NL pennant.

Right about now,I'll bet the Giants are sorry they let Baker go. :)

  5. I don't have the right software installed on my computer to read the Excel spreadhseet.... :)

I had dill test the link for me and he didn't have Excel on his computer and it worked so no fear. He told me that it opened an Excel viewer for him so he could view the spreadsheet.

    Great.I'll give it a go.

  6. I was a lifelong Houston Oilers fan.Nowadays,I cheer for the Tennessee Titans. On the College level I like the Arkansas razorbacks.I used to follow Canadian football on cable tv,and became a fan of the Calgary Stampeders....because their games were the only ones that ever seemed to get televised regularly down here....even though, the game was usually a week old by the time I got to watch.

  7. Sometime back,oh,I'd say around the Cretacious period when I was a young man in high school,I played football and was a fairly good defensive back.I've always preferred defense. If your defense is strong enough, then you can win championships, even if your offense and special teams are only mediocre. If I was to list my favorite NFL players,I'd have to list six or seven defensive players in the top-10.
