I don't remember, so I could be completely wrong but it seemed to me that Curzon was the first host associated with Starfleet, is there any information to verify this? -
Ah but if they had a movie they could do something similar to what if admiral janeway never made it.......... :)I think some elements of Voyager will show up in the next movie, like Seven and maybe Tuvok, possibly a couple others. But a "Voyager movie" I just doen't see happening, more likely it would be a DS9 type movie using a blend crew.

Don't get mad but I never liked DS9 I don't think it would do that good because the era it came on really wasn't ready for it. And now its old and washed up by the sister SEries :)We won't get mad, just even  (just kidding), but don't get mad at me either for not liking Voyager that much :)

You are the latest member to reach promotion level! Thank you for your contributions to the board! -
:)Well at least it looks like a proper forum...
You might know me as Brian Brane on the Star Trek Forum but I tend to use EMANON (no name backwards) on other boards, Brian Brane is a fictional name and is part of my TV show and music idea's.
Brian being the name for the Universe or else 'Joe Bloggs'
Anyway, i might spend more time here, now I now it is here... :) :)
And you have a smirk....
Welcome to the board! I look forward to reading your views on Star Trek. I think you will like this forum much more then the ST.COM forum.

One thing I find funny, Saddam said he has no chem weapons. Right? Then yesterday he said that if we attack he will use Chem weapons on our troops. If he doesn't have any how can he use them on us?? -

A new section for Trivia will be added soon. master q has suggested it and I think it would be fun to have, so look for it in the next day or 2. -
What's your favorite feature of this fourm? I am still discovering different things as we go along and was just curious about what features you use the most and what you seem to find useful. -
Hello all, hers a little about me.I currently live in Tucson, Arizona on the edge of the Sonoran Desert.but I am moving to Ft.Myers,Florida in about 3 months.I work in professional theatre were I've had the pleasure of working with a few actors who have appeared on Star Trek, for example Larry Pressman who played the Cardassian Legate Ghemor on DS9 and Norman Large who played the Romulin Procounsil Neril in TNG.I'm 47 years old and have been watching Star Trek since it first appeared on TV back in 1966 (I was 10 years old).I was in the Army for 3 years driving a tank (M-60-A1),and I spent most of my military career stationed in Germany.
My favorite band is Pink Floyd,my favorite movie is Star Trek:Wrath of Kahn
Did you ever end up at Fort Hood? I was there for 2 years myself, Jan 89 to Oct 90.

This isn't a quote but it's classic Bones moment...
Star Trek III Dr McCoy is trying to hire a ship to take him to Genesis. When Starfleet Security hears him talking and tells him to stop talking about it McCoy (whit Spocks Katra) trys to Neck Pinch him, with no success!
Just a classic moment! LOL

In my short search for info on the next possible Trek movie I came across this story I thought you all might find interesting.
The possibilities discussed sound interesting, though i think I disagree with his assessment on Sisko (of course I would I love DS9!).
If anyone comes across any other stories please share them.

I haven't seen this, but it sounds interesting. Do you have a link to that article? Did it say which crew was going to be used in that movie? -
We already actually have the approval of the UN security council, the current resolutions give the U.S. authorization to take military action. I believe it was just a political move to try to get another resolution passed, a new one wasn't and isn't needed. -
You may notice the site is generally down for about 20 minutes or so around 1am Eastern time.
So if you notice it, that's what's happening.

Right on poguemahone :) ..I can't figure out how you managed to attach a pic of Kristy on the message board but I think Mr. Hopper forgot about a very young and very pleasant looking Ashley Judd on TNG. Check it :To add a Picture to a posting just find the address of the location of the Picture then click the IMG button above. Insert the address and the pic will be added.... like this...

I believe that if Gene Roddenberry were alive today he would be proud of whats been accomplished over the years with Star Trek. His stories and dreams were last long into the future. You can say that again!

I too grew tired of all the garbage over at ST.COM. I know you will enjoy the discussions we have here, and I'm sure you will enjoy this forum format much more then the old style at ST.COM.

Some of you may have seen this site before, but here it is. It's a site with many Star Trek wallpapers for your desktop.

I voted for Jadzia, though if Ezri was there I think I'd have voted for her :) -
William Shatner has had a bit of a personal grudge against the "Star Trek Powers Thet Be" for some time. He was especially miffed when DS9 made Trials And Tribble-ations and he wasn't consulted. He's also kind of looked down on Trek fans in general at times in the past too. As big a Star Trek fan as I am, I'm not a huge Shatner fan. Besides, he's just trying to stay relevant.
