I'd actually like to see Hussain turned face.He's a talented young star,and I think the right storyline could make him huge.It might also go a way to dispell some of the animosity many fans have toward Hussain,simply because he is an arab.

In reality, Muhammad Hassan (Mark Magnus) isn't Arab, but rather Italian American.

 

But the writing is so poor in the WWE right now, I just have no faith in the company to do anything really creative.

 

I thought after the ECW PPV they might switch styles but it's obvious that now they have no intention of doing anything of the sort.

 

Creatively, the WWE is in a slump right now. The only good thing is that HHH is off-screen.

if anybody wants to watch the TNA PPV and you have Yahoo messenger, you usually can watch the PPV's from there free, If I dont go to a bar to watch a WWE one or pay to s my big 2, Royal Rumble/Wrestlemania, i watch them free there

Well, if they were both in their prime, HBK versus Hogan would have been must-see.

 

But now, Hogan has got nothing left in physical terms. There's no way he can keep up with HBK who will be carrying his orange *** all the way through that match.

 

Now, the Rock versus HBK???

Ah,the good "old" days when I actually tuned in to every single wrestling program,each and every time there was one on.

Ahhh, how I wish for the old days of effective and intelligent booking.

 

-PPV's would be hyped.

 

-Stories would be developed.

 

-Wrestlers would be pushed.

 

-Titles would be valued.

 

-TV shows would be unmissable.

what really is hurting Wrestling now is the Monthly PPV, in the 2nd Golden age (mid 90's till2001) it worked, now however it does not, fans arent as rabid as they once were

In the First Golden Age (1985-1992) you looked forward to the PPV's because there were only four every year. They had time to build their stories slowly.

 

In the Second Golden Age (1996-2001) there were more PPV's, but crucially they had superb characters like Stone Cold Steve Austin, HBK, The Rock, HHH (when he was good), Mick Foley, the Undertaker, De-Generation X, the Hart Foundation, and in WCW they had Nitro, Goldberg, the nWo etc....

 

They lack that now.

Well JR himself made many mistakes, such as his obsession with bringing in guys who had played college football and endless muscleheads from the Valley.

 

It's Pat Patterson who really encourages the WWE to focus on bringing in new people who have the technical aspects of the business down.

 

That being said, JR was certainly better at the job than Johnny Ace who is really nothing more than a McMahon sycophant.

Carlito Caribbean Cool vs Shelton Benjamin

 

Worthless match. Cheap finish with the DQ. There’s no way that Carlito should be the Intercontinental Champion rather than Shelton Benjamin. Carlito is good on the mic but his in-ring performances are crap. Hopefully in the future, a strong Benjamin/RVD feud can restore some prestige to the second most important title in the WWE.

 

Why the hell is Jonathan Coachman still on the announce team? It’s bad enough that the in-ring product is so weak in the WWE right now, but having to listen to him makes it all seem so much worse. Plus we have to endure him for a good twenty minutes each week on that lame DIVA Search.

 

Kurt Angle vs Matt Martell/Striker - I hope they are going someplace with this rather than jobbing this guy out every week. BTW- That dude looks ridiculous with the apple on the back of his trunks.
