  1. I turned 19 last month!  One more year, then I can escape being a teenager!  WOO-HOO!

CJLP, dont be in such a hurry, before ya know it you'll be 31 like me, 32 in oct. eegghh im old, well i feel it anyway. i remember i couldnt wait till i was 21, now i dont even remember 21 through 31. trust me it'll come before you know it. let it come on its own, and dont be in a hurry for it. :(

  2. I would only ask you be considerate of them that might not share your views, please use less colorful metaphors to say it

oops sorry, your right, just sometime i guess i get a little passionate about somethings. sorry to anyone who found my colorful metaphores disturbing. but i still dont like voyager so much. maybe next time i'll try to stick to short and sweet.

  3. avery brooks, cisco was awsome, he was a big part of why i love DS9, as you may or may not know DS9 is also my favorite of the trek line. his character was deep, and powerful, as was the whole series. :dude: i sure hope to see more of DS9 on the big screen, they've come up with ways to bring people back and do things when you wouldnt think they can so theres no reason why they cant bring back cisco and DS9.

  4. i dont know about the end of enterprise, after all it wasnt the worst rated show, and i think the whole ratings thing is so bogus, give a box to a handful of people, how does that even compare to the actual average of what people are watching. as for upn yeah i had such high hopes when it first came on to the scene, but they havent lived up to that at all i liked two show on upn, first ENTERPRISE, obviously we love it. second SU2 special unit 2, was humerous, and pretty good, but boom its gone, that disapointed me greatly. upn needs to do something drastic to get people to pay attention to it, and i think even with poor ratings ENTERPRISE is their best draw so i dont think youll see it going anywhere anytime soon, i hope for at least the next 5 to 6 years.:dude::dude:

  5. ( Except for the wide screen part, I hate wide scren)

the menus pretty cool, after seeing NEMESIS agian on the plane to cali in march i cant wait to buy it, and check out the menu and the deleted scenes myself. i love DVD i bought my player almost 4 years ago now, and it was the best thing i ever did.

now for the WIDESCREEN hater they do usually have both available, if you check out the packaging a lot of the big movies will have both available, just look for FULL SCREEN or WIDESCREEN. personally I LOVE THE WIDESCREEN, you get to see THE WHOLE PICTURE JUST LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE, i watched all that on my small tv and loved it, but about 6 to 8 months ago i bought my 55 inch WIDESCREEN tv so its even better now. but i have one complaint they need to make all the widescreen movies anamorphic so it fits the screen, but i still love it. i dont like looking at a picture thats been chopped at the sides. here i go ranting and raving again. i guess ill stop now. lol

  8. William Shatner: "And when I directed Star Trek V,  I respected me so much

i didnt notice the shatner quote before, yeah thats a good one, obviously hes the only one that does respect himself.the rest of them probably wanted to strangle hiim. lol

  9. weakest cast?, yes, weakest script?,yes, i really didnt like a whole lot about this line of trek. voyager is my least liked show in the series, the rest i like or love, but voyager was always dissapointing to me. and the series finale, well, SUCKED BIG TIME. IMHO. what kinda fd up way was that to end a show. janeway as a captain just was wholly unbeleivable. kim was annoying, kes, and neelix were really annoying, and the whole paris, torres relationship, well, also SUCKED. i had high hopes for it when it first came out, and i was very dissapointed, didnt watch it much at all, till the last season trying to see if it was at least going to end on a high note. well again i was disapointed. the only good thing about it was jerry ryan, oh yeah, another trek babe. yeah. well im sure ill get a lot of flak for this post but thats how i feel. anyone stuck so far away from anything remotley feeling like home, is going to do what they have to do to get home, not keep passing up opportunities to get home because, " the prime directive". as a crew member i wouldve been killed for mutiny, against a piss poor captain who had no clue on what to do for her crew.

  10. the defiants my favorite ship, next to the NX-O1 now. the jem hadar were cool, just too bad they had psychos for masters. so yeah i guess you can look at it as a hitler type thing. the jemhadar being the ss, the changlings being hitler, and the vorta being hitlers officers. all together using fear and might to get what they want, and to make people do what they want.

  11. i like all the main characters, they all had great things to bring to the show, and as my favorite show of the trek saga, TOS aside, enterprise running up now, i guess if i had to choose one i would have to go with cisco. he was a good strong leader, cared about his men, and women, tried his damndest to be a good father, and an all around good person. plus i always liked him anyway from SPENCER FOR HIRE. anyone remember that show, he was HAWK. great show, its a shame that spencer, robert urich, died. wake up, sorry for the babble so i choose cisco.

  12. Direct?  Well if anyone checked out Groom Lake it really wants to make you say NO.  I will say Yes to see him on a  Star Trek either a movie or tv show (or tv movie for that matter.)  Kirk is my favorite character and I have to admit I agree with bringbackkirk.com when he was offed soulessly when he went splat at the bottom of a cliff.  Personally I think the ending should have had Picard run down where the bridge had fell and when he got there kirk is no where to be found.  We then see a figure creep up behind Jean Luc dusting himself off and say something like "That was a close one."

Picard is a bit dumbfound looks at the bridge and then looks up at the cliff and then asks kirk "How did you..."

Kirk looks at the bridge and then looks at the cliff..."Oh that...just a little trick I learned in the 23rd century."  After that we have kirk retire or go hop galaxies in a new 24th century federation.

what was groom lake? a movie or a show? i liked kirks character, wish GENERATION were a whole lot different than it was, and no i dont think a directors cut by shatner would make V any better, so no i dont think we should give him another chance at it. anyone else here hate those commercials he does for priceline. damn talk about making yourself look stupid. oh well the things we do for money.lol. anyone see GALAXYQUEST it was hilarious, i think the parady of shatner was hillarius, i wonder how much of that really reflects how he is. oh well ill stop ranting now, ill leave the answer at a NO

  13. even the higher ups in paramount probably dont know the answer to that question. ill bet a lot of the workers took parts of the set home with them.but we'll probably never know.
