  1. LOL

Dang, there I go making a fool of myself... AI? Is that some kind of auto-response thingie?

Ooooh, I'm glad he, it, left, I'd have been here all night... :wow:

I really thought he was some kind of wierd hacker... Well, at least I beat him...

  2. GAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!

    *Leaves topic in bewilderment*

Are you some kind of ghost? I mean really?

I've had enough. I will fight you, Vic. Fight you with my very being...

    :wow:

    EDIT: YAY I beat him!

  3. DS9. Incredible incredible series.

Are we still talking about Undefined?

    What's your favorite movie?

    :pepsi:

    What the...? Who the...? :wow:

Ahhhhh, I need a drink... :wow:

BTW, how did you post at the exact second I did and manage to quote me?

  4. It IS the same universe... Rewatch Crossover, there is no doubt that its the same mirror universe. To answer your question, the mirror Sisko, if my memory is correct, is a kind of pirate working for the Intendant. Jenifer is still alive, in Crossover anyway, Miles works in the ore porcessing plants, Garak is second in command of the station and Odo is basicaly like he was when the Cardassians were in charge, except meaner. And Quark runs a bar, obviously.

In Crossover they mention a dozen times their encounter with 'our' Spock because of a transporter accident etc. wha toccured in Mirror Mirror actualy caused all the differences by the time of DS9. Spock tells everyone to be less martial and more loving, everyone agree's, next thing the Cardassians and the Klingons make an alliance and overthrow the Federation and enslave the humans.

And StarFleet is not like the Terran Empire! Now, I've only seen up to Season 5 but even if there is a mirror StarFleet by season 7, that is still way after Voyager got stranded. Plus the fact why and how would the Mirror universe construct a replica Voyager, the only got the Defiant because they stole all the computer data.

There is no Marquis because all the humans are either slaves or in the resistance. Even if this changes the Marquis will not exist in the Mirror universe because the Marquis only came about because of a treaty the Feds signed with the Cardies in our universe. That doesn't happen in the mirror one.

I hope this makes a lick of sense...

  5. TOS visited one mirror universe, TNG had a multi-universe episode, and DS9 visited a different mirror universe.

TOS and DS9 used the same mirror universe.

In the mirror universe Voyager almost certainly doesn't exist and certainly wouldn't be in the Delta Quadrant. (No Stafleet, no Marquis) Do you mean you would have liked to see mirror variants of the VOY characters appear or you would have liked a constant alternate timeline that the writers visited once a year, a bit like DS9?

  6. Captain ~ Ben Sisko

    XO ~ Kira

    Chief Engineer ~ Miles O'Brien

Assistant Chief Engineer ~ Rom (Okay so that position doesn't exist... yet)

    Medical ~ Julien Bashir

    Helm ~ Nog/Jadzia

    Tactical/JAG ~ Worf

    Security ~ Odo

    Ops ~ General Martok

    Counselor ~ Jadzia

    Additional

    Ambassador ~ Jean Luc

    Morale ~ EMH and Quark

Well it seems most of my crew know each other already!

  7. I'm a big fan of the Curry Class ships. Maybe you could have a refitted Curry ship as the info I got from a website says that those ships only have 10 IX phaser strips and 2 photon launchers. However I don't know how canon these stats are.

    Here be Curries...

My main fanfic ship is kinda the like the next step in the curry evolution. (The Lydia) Think the Ambassador and the Galaxy... Now all I need is some good design software to make it 3D...

Necromancer, nice name. I'm guessing that it's a Diablo tribute?

  8. Definetly Bashir. He always gave me an impression of calmness and capability, even under the most trying circumstances. The EMH was a good character, but I don't know if I'd want him as my doctor.

  9. Other.

My favourite ever relationship is Rom and Leeta. They both brought out the best in each other and any one who's seen 'Doctor Bashir I Presume?' will know that their relationship was never exactly straight forward.

    'Lllleeeeeeettttttttttttaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!....Wwwwwaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttttttttt!!!...*gasp*

  10. Anyway, what are you talking about no NCO's? On DS9 the StarFleet engineering staff is made up completly of NCO's, hence Chief Miles O'Brien...

At least until Nog made Ensign, but you notice he didn't take over as department head when he did. O'Brien was still in charge.

Well I've only seen up to season 5 of DS9...

  11. I'll put in American involvement in a spoiler. (it's short)

    Click for Spoiler:

America had a small part to play in WW1. Their main force was only deployed when the German army was on the cusp of defeat, streched too far and too thin in a last gamble offensive by the desperate German High Command. Their presence helped no doubt, as did their supplies, but the Allies would have won with or without American intervention. Also, don't forget that America too appeased Hitler and even supported him in the beginning, as did most other European countries, seeing him as a shield against communism. If anyone wants to debate this then please go ahead, I need the revision of my GCSE's!

Really a new topic dealing with this question should be set up in either Off Topic or Risa.

Note: I also admire Roosevelt for his global policy in dealing with Hitler

  12. I was going to vote for Garak but then, four words surfaced from the dephs of my memory. They were:

    Brunt...F...C...A

I really love that character, he's so pompus and incredible, and the actor who plays him. Jeffery Combs also played Weyoun and another one episode part. His character's name in that eludes me at the moment. He played the alien who wants a holographic Kira off Quark.

EDIT: How can Rom be there!?!?! From season 4 onwards he's an established regular! I'm personaly trying to start a pention to get all DS9 fans to call season four the Year of Rom, since it adds so much to his character and allows him to break free. I loved him in Heart of Stone, Family Buisness, Little Green Men, Bar Association, Body Parts although he only has a minor role and The Assignment. (Seasons 3-5) In fact, I love Rom wherever he is!

Note: If you haven't gathered it yet, I'm a bit obesseive of Rom.

  13. I agree with CJLP. These organisations aren't the same, didn't Tom Paris once say that he originaly wanted to join the StarFleet Naval Services (something like that) indicating that StarFleet and the Navy are seperate?

Anyway, what are you talking about no NCO's? On DS9 the StarFleet engineering staff is made up completly of NCO's, hence Chief Miles O'Brien...
