I'd go with Data anyway. Data's Bio, from ST.com Actually in the bio that I posted above, he is said to be the Science/Second officer. True his station was at Ops as well. I Love Seven :o Even surprised Janeway quite a few times, I think. Her Borg technology made her an outstanding crew member. Even without the implants.
