I'm working on your package right now! Of course, I have to move a bunch of stuff around on my computer first... I told you the problem with the wire that connects the D drive to the power supply, right? So I am moving all my music over so I can make you some CD's!

I think I've got you beat in the song category, I've got about 1,200 songs right now!

 

My problem is one of faulty hardware, which is a pain... for some reason one of the wires to power the hard drives has a defect, which means the computer reads the drive only when it wants to! I don't want to replace the power supply in order to fix the problem... I fear soldering may be involved. Eh, maybe Santa will bring me a new computer this year!

 

Oh, yeah, you told me about that problem, but hey, you don't need to hurry that much, I can wait for the CDs, that's no problem, really.

 

I know, but with my schedule, I'll either manage to get your package done tonight, or it'll be January before I have a chance again! One-day weekends really stink!

Nothing so far for today. Well, it's my free day and all I am doing here is sitting in front of the computer, though I have so much work to do... I should study, I should go to the post office, I should, I should, I should... :)

The reason why I am not looking forward to uni at the moment is that I'll have an exam in Latin next Tuesday and I don't have a clue about what's going on :)

*yawns and looks into the kitchen* Whoa it's pretty messed up in there... I really have to wash the dishes before I go to uni later.

 

Hm. Not much has happened so far, only that I seem to have a headache today. I'll be looking for something for breakast now...

 

My friend has written an SMS yesterday, telling me how much he had liked my Christmas present for him (I gave him a little plushed sheep) and that he has put it onto his backpack so that everyone can see it (that's the intention, it had a little device on its head so that you can attach it to a backpack or a key chain). :( I didn't expect him to do this, though, because he usually does not care about plushed animals on his bags :)

Well, anyways, I'm glad he likes the sheep, I told him that it should always remind him on me because it's not just a little sheep, it's a little DEVIL sheep. :)

I'm in a bit of a hurry today, I have to go in an hour and I'm still in my pajamas, sitting around in front of the computer. Life can be so beautiful.

 

I don't have that much to tell right now, only that I REALLY need holidays.

I have an extra free day today, my English professor is ill and so there's no class today. :o

 

I've slept long and now I'm gonna check the boards, eat some fries (of course), do the work my mom has told me to do (like washing dishes and so on) and then I'll sit down and study Latin. Oh, well, perhaps I'll finally get this language while looking at it... It's actually quite similar to German sometimes but this does not help me in the slightest :) I might be German, but this does not mean that I speak my own language perfectly :P :P :(

It's a known fact that people have a harder time learning languages as they get older. That's probably the problem.

 

Another thing, because Latin and French are in the same famil as your native language, it can be kind of confusing because they are somewhat similar. Well, I had an interesting day today, I studied Latin for my exam on Tuesday and I'm already beginning to get nervous :P

 

Oh, well. I guess I just have to go through that. Pat will help me, I'll take an extra pic of him with me ( ), like I always do when an important exam is up.

OMG, it's really early in the morning... But oh well, that'll be over next week -> HOLIDAYS

 

Anyways. Like I mentioned above, Pat has to get a Golden Globe. It's a shame that the people can't vote... I'd vote for him, all over again, I wouldn't care about the horrible costs for a phone call into the USA... I'd also tell my friends to vote for him. :)

I'll have a busy weekend. I'm gonna meet one my old friends from school tomorrow evening (haven't seen her in AGES) and I'll also get visitors on Saturday. Whoa. Whoa, i'm up early this morning, I had only 5 hours of sleep, but who cares. It was a great evening yesterday, my friend and I had such a good time and I'm happy to see her happy. She likes her job, she still loves her boyfriend and she's really enjoying her life. :lol: That relieves me a lot since she used to be my best friend at school (and she still is one of my best friends, of course) and I care a great deal about her.
