    (2)Archer "liberates" Orion slave girl ship-interfering with the culture affairs of other races in defiance of the "vulcan" non-interference idea-begins a "underground-railroad" .

    (3) Enterprise stumbles across an old Dx-100 sleeper ship, at first has orders from Earth to "wake-up" the colonist, but discovers the ship is the S.S. Botany Bay launched in 2046(can fix the Star Trek time-line)and Archer has to make a moral decision...what to do with Khan....turn off life-support, or let Trip make needed repairs to the ship, leaving Khan to continue toward destination....or sabotage his navigational systems...sending him toward deep space.

    in terms of Trek,....Earth(sol) system is a fixed point at one end of the x-axis(this axis runs through the galactic center(of rotation/mass) to a point (star) in a spiral arm on the far-side of the galaxy, with 2 more stars determining the y-axis-/dividing the galaxy into 4 quadrants since the whole galaxy is in rotation as a system/spiral galaxy the stars maintain relative position to each other(excluding galactic expansion which can be compansated for) the z-axis(zenith) is center of the spiral disk...and could be used to divide the 4 quadrents into 8 regions of space- 4 below the zenith/4 above.

    don't think I would want to do it..I mean (1)is the matter that you are re-assimibled with the exect particles b4 or are you just being copied to the same pattern as b4 with different matter? (2) how do you copy a "soul" if so. I wouldn't want to lose my soul!

    War is a scourge on the soul of man, no war is good- wars are always the result of economics-some one has something that someone else wants/needs. But war is a industry and it promotes new technology-in fact I would say that killing each other and breeding are the 2 endeavors man excels at. Finding greater/faster/easier ways to kill one-another promotes technological off-shoots, But think of all the destruction and set-backs to our cultural/technological advancement war has caused...there's no telling how far...or how advanced we could be it we could just get along..the Space race brought about more technological advances than WW2 and fewer lives were lost!

    ok-guys been doing more research on the subject- for my star-chart of Federation Space and early space exploration thing....seems that at some point in Trek history

    the Vulcan home-world was Epsilon Eridani then somebody decided to move it to 40 Eridani-A! Would people make up their minds! Vulcan being in the 40 Eridani star-system makes them permanent member of the federation council( i.e. The Planetary Confederation of 40 Eridani) Articles of Federation Chapter V-article 23.

    But i still think the fans should Vote! and I'm wondering if there was any "canon"

    statements made in TOS that mentioned Epsilon Eridani as the Homeworld?

    According to Stan & Fred Goldstein-writers of Star Trek spaceflight chronology published prior to TNG (1980). The planet Vulcan is located in the Epsilon Eridani star-system, 10 light years from Earth. Scientist now believe there are 2 possible habitual planets there! So what do you think? Where is Vulcan?     i don't think there is time to build a nx-03, "enterprise" class starship/ construction must begin on the U.S.S. Daedalus, Archon, Essex, Horizon. My reasoning on this is the 14 original "Constitution" class Mk-IX starships were authorized to be constructed under the "articles of Federation" in 2161 and were the first "federation" starships...the Daedalus class starships were pre-federation earth starships and had to be constructed or finished/in service before 2161!

    longitude and latitude is a (x,y) geomentry on a flat surface with (degrees, minutes, secondsxdegrees, minutes, seconds) in 3d space you can set up a point such as center of galaxy, or the sun...and define a plane (x,y) and a zenith z and map any point in the galaxy..then u add a direction vector and change in velocity(delta v) then get a very big computer to keep track of all the moving objects.

    not strict! just sound advise..i had braces for 3 years...what's the point in spending 3000 dollars for braces if they collect alot of food, make your breath smell bad, and u get parodontal disease and lose those teeth. U simply have to brush all the time, every time..and the wax really works..keeps u from waring soars on your gums till you get used to the metal.
