    it's possible that John and Burton will dog Sandra and vote for Darrah if Darrah and Sandra are the final 2 or Lill will be the first one to go and if Darrah doesnt win immunity Jon and Sandra form an alliance and vote off Darrah. This is very possible because Sandra knows that the jury will not favor Jon and lets face it Jon just wants to get as far in the game as possible. I guess it really all depends on who wins immunity.

    I really wanted to just reach through the screen and ring Jons necks when he was talking about how stupid the girls were. Look who's the stupid one now Johnny Rotten!

    that Burton got voted out. Like I have said before the Outkasts had no right to be there! What was up with that GMC he won? Have they ever given away a car before? I have only season the first Survivor so I dont know.

    Sunday should be real interestiing, I think that Jon will be voted off followed by Lill leaving Darrah and Sandra in the final 2. I think Sandra will win it all. I dont think Darrah really got close enough to anyone to garnish enough votes to win over Sandra.

    Well after watching the conclusion I still say that I really liked it. I liked the characters still. I thought Adama was a commanding force and I liked the way his relationship with Apollo was written. I really loved to hate Guinan. I never could tell what his real motives were and I liked that. The actor that played him did a great job. He really looked freaked out. I thought the FX were great and I had a real sense of trepidation during the battle sequences.

    I thought it was so awesome when Starbuck rammed Apollo's fighter and flew them onto the landing strip.

    Personally I am so tired of hearing rumors like this. I am tired of hearing about how the series is being threatened with cancellation. Lets just enjoy the show. This is nothing against posting this topic just to be clear, its just my feeling on the rumors. We are probably going to hear rumors like this until season 7! :(

    I have always thought they should pay homage to Quantum Leap in some way.

    Well they did have Dean Stockwell who played "Al" in Quantum Leap make an apperance in 'Detained' during the first season. Thats probably going to be all the homage we will get.

    Personally I really liked it. I thought they did a good job keeping with the original story while creating new elements to it. I like the cast and the FX were great. I will definatley watch the next episode tonight.

    I really wasn't as bothered by Starbuck being a woman as I thought I would be. I do have one issue with the beginning though. I didn't really get the whole kiss in the beginning and I think they could of had a better opening sequence than that. It was really cool and creepy when the cylons first appeared but that kiss ruined it for me.

    I really interested to hear what you all thought of it. I was surprised nobody has posted anything about it yet.

    Sometimes it can be really hard to feel an earthquake if your not really close to the epicenter. I usually feel a little dizzy and than I look for something to be rocking back and forth thats attached to the house to be sure it is the ground moving like my vertical blinds or something. I read this article but it doesn't say when the last time they had an earthquake in VA was?

    I voted for the doctor. I loved watching him annnoy everybody. Janeway is cool but sometimes her "insticts" were a little to unbeleivable to me. When the series premeired I was kinda turned off by her. I just couldn't imagine the captain with a hair bun, although I did come to like her alot.

    I have been hoping for something like this for a long time. I feel before there will ever be a mission to mars we should have a moon base. We need to gain knowledge and experience of what it's like to actual live on the surface of another planet. Being a Trek fan and loving the thought of space travel and exploration it has been really depressing to have nothing but a couple of unmannned exploratory missions in my lifetime. Although they were still very interesting. The mars lander would of been awesome if it had transmitted back sound.. The knowledge we have gained from the galileo probe and such has been tremendous. I loved learning about all the moons of jupiter. Nothing however, will compare to actual space travel and I will be thrilled beyond words if this actually happens and my daughter will be able to see, if I dont, a mission to Mars. Have any of you checked out space.com? One of my favorite sites...

    I know I could do it. I have no problem with the elements. I love physical challenges. I think my strategy would be to lay pretty low, not make any enemys, but at the same time really integrate in to the social structure. I would try to kick but on the challenges to try to help my team win. I do have two issues though, one with sharks and another with eating things like bugs, brains, those shakes....ick I dont think I could do that.

    I say YES, YES, YES its worth it. My mother has always cooked a huge traditional thanksgiving dinner since I was a little girl. A few years ago we had this discussion on whether or not it would be better just to go out and eat. Then my mother up and moved to Maui. The last two thanksgivings I went out to eat. Let me tell you it sucked! It's just not the same. I dont care about the clean up. This year I cooked my first Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. It was just a small group. We had tons of food left over but it was so much better. It was quite the success for me. My first turkey turned out great..I still miss having my mom and dad around though.

    I dont understand why they voted off T. Why didn't D,T,Christa and Sndra form an alliance? Who cares about the Drake tribe winning now that Rupert is gone! I can't believe they are going to let Burton and Jon have control of the tribe, that sucks!

    Its really weird. I thought I started a new thread for this post so we could all discuss this weeks Survivor. i must of screwed something up. anyway thanks again for the recap.:

    Ahhhhhhh!!! I missed it on Wednsday!!!!I know it isn't repeated either. Can anyone tell me what happened. I am so mad at myself for forgetting to record it. We just bought my daughter a new crib and we were putting it together Wednsday night so I was really distracted. i am going to have to rewatch ENT on Sunday so i can give my rating. How dare they run Survivor against ENT anyways! :lol:
