Too bad they followed that ep up with a cheesy holodeck Vic the singer best friend, Nog wants to live in holodeck ep...lessened the meaning for me.

You make a good point... but i loved that ep. I thought how great it would be if you could really hide from your problems in the holodeck. The only worry is i don't think i'd ever want to come back out.

Okay, apparently I missed alot by not seeing the final season.  I give I am going to have to get caught up on them this weekend.

I would have to go with the Riker/Troi relationship.  Forgive me Crusher fans but I am so GLAD that Picard and Crusher DID NOT get together.  I think they had a good friendship but I think the differences between them would have destroyed any relationship between them.  Picard took his duties to Starfleet very seriously but for Bev it was Prime Directive be damned if it got in her way to treat someone.

What really ticks me off is when someone says ST is crap and when you ask them why you find out they've never really watched it. My answer to that it i should have known as only someone who hasn't got a clue what they're talking about could come out with such a stupid statement!! Tends to shut 'em up LOL
