Star Trek's first Klingon and revered Dahar master goes out like a true Klingon warrior in this great ep. The heartwarming Klingon battle song sung to the memory of Kor's sacrifice was a terrific way for Kor to end his Star Trek tenure. He went to Sto'vo kor with a smile on his face! :)

Great ep! Ezri really shines in this one. She and the spirit of a former host try and find out who is snipering people off aboard the station. Much to their chagrin, it turns out ot be a Vulcan- in Starfleet!!! Great ending really defines Ezri's character- she is about justice, not vengeance. Awesome ep. Awesome Dax. :)

Great ep!! Sisko fulfills his destiny,The Dominion is defeated, Damar dies a hero's death, many of the crew go on to better things, and even Nog gets a promo at the end of the ep. Best finale ever!!!

IMO this is the only bad ep produced during season 7 of DS9. Sloane dies- needlessly. Enough said. :)

I reallly enjoyed this ep!! Ezri goes for a visit to see her family (her mom is hot!) and O'Brien comes along for the ride. Neat family dynamics in the Tigan household, plus Orion Syndicate involvement make this an ep worth repeat viewings. IMO, this was my fave Ezri ep, its a shame that she only got one season on DS9- in her tenure on DS9, she certainly did make an impression. :)

I always thought that this ep was great. For example, the struggle Nog faced when confronting the loss of his leg and the PTSD that accompanied it really made for an excellent dramatic ep, plus up to this point, i never really liked Nog; subsequently that changed for me after seeing the outstanding performance Aron Eisenberg put forth as Nog in this ep. Definitely one of my fave DS9 eps.

Sloane is at his oily best as he "dies" then comes back to remind Bashir of his "duty". Classic DS9.
We are in agreement :)
We usually are, aren't we? :)

They killed Carey! How can they have killed him? He's been there from the beginning, when he was competing with B'Elanna for the position of Chief Engineer... I don't think Voyager or humans should be blamed for what happened 300 years ago as a cause of curiosity, and let's not forget the fact that they're half a galaxy apart. What happened was tragic, but the people of that planet should have known the outcome, that something bad could have happened. The blame can't be placed on just one species.

I am with you all the way. I was upset when they killed Joe Carey so close to the end of the series. Why bring him back just to kill him? I never liked the plot of this ep, but the acting was effective.

I enjoyed the second part better than the first. I rate this one as great.

It was a cool plot, yet despite the different setting, the crew for the most part were the same people we had known. One exception is Tuvok. It was neat to see that without the emotional restraint, Tuvok had a phobia of needles. Who would've known? Still a very good ep. :)

This one is the undisputed Uber trek- cosmic themes, such as one man making a difference still resonate today and lest i forget, the accidental phasering of that poor bum is still entertaining if not comical. Kirk must have felt lonely when he was forced to watch the woman he loved die so that history would be restored. I don't believe i could have done that, but after all there is only one Captain Kirk. :)

A good ep. Kirk's choice between his crews lives and that of his best friend is heartbreaking, yet makes for a superb story.

A good ep. Liked how the neural neutralizer seemed to have started out as a means to help others, but ended up being a means to manipulate others. Cool appearance by James Gregory as Dr. Tristan Adams, who earned a wide audience of fans as Det. Lugar on the Barney Miller tv series. :)

A great hat tip to "Run Silent,Run Deep". My fave part of this one is when the Romulan Commander plainly states " In another reality,i could've called you friend"- then self destructs his own ship! :)
-
"You will be absorbed into the body" "It is the will of Landru" - who can forget these classic lines? I can't and that is why i rate this ep as being truly great. :)

I loved it!!! The plot was good- peace loving Organians, who seem primitive, but have the ability to prevent war between two major powers resonates today because of the idea that war is useless. Bonus points for being the first ep to introduce the Klingons via the appearance of Commander Kor- the coolest and deadliest Dahar master in the universe.
-
My all time fave ep!! This ep formulated the entire war games exercises- very cool, very ahead of its time!!

Sloane is at his oily best as he "dies" then comes back to remind Bashir of his "duty". Classic DS9.

A great ep. I was happy to see O'Brien get down and dirty and infiltrate the Orion Syndicate.
-
WOW ... bonus points ..... and that makes it worth ?
Makes it more enjoyable to watch because of the trivia fact, duh
-
My fave DS9 ep!! Dukat and Damar make an excellent team fighting Klingons. Bonus points for introducing Damar to the trek universe.

A great voyager ep. The conflict that Seven must have felt between her human heart and cybernetic implants made for good drama in this season 7 masterpiece.

Yes. Btw, did you get a chance to meet Sean Kenney and/or get his autograph?
Yes. I did get his autograph and briefly speak to him. Last year, in a smaller hall at the 2006 Vegas can, Sean Kenney spoke on stage. I believe Athena from this site saw him there.
That is so cool. I always liked his character and thought he should have had more appearances. "A taste of armageddon" is my fave ep!
