To be honest this is one of my least liked Star Trek films. The plot was okay but I never understood how a small contingent from that planet could conquer an entire species. The whole face streching thing was just too gross. I also didnt like the FX all that much.

No. Although I liked the arc ans seeing Spiner again I think Enterprise should stand on its own merits.

I've notciced in tuc and I like it. The Enterprise bridge in STV looked too much like Enterprise D's. Shatner probably wanted to compete with STNG.

I gave it an 8.

I've been collecting ST novels on and off since 1987. At present I have over 120.

I think ST was at its best around the middle of STNG and the end of ST DS9.

I think Hoshi is the cutest! I don't like the look they chose for T'Pol.

I gave it a 6.

I think I've watched 3 to 500.

I voted for Where no man has gone before. I've always like the plot.

Enterprise is show that still has room to grow and improve but at this point I think it can either continue to improve or end.

Plotlines that should be dropped.

Tripp/T'pol: I think this is one of the worst subplot ideas that I've seen in Star Trek. The physical relationship is completely inappropriate and I think it hurts the show overall. I had hoped it would have been dropped by the 4th season but recent reports don't indicate this. Btw if T'Pol joins Star Fleet I think the show may lose a few more fans.

Temporal coldwar: I'm honestly tired of all the time travel. I don't mind a little time travel but to have a whole ongoing story arc centered around it is a bit much, I hope it is concluded soon.

Klingons: I like the Klingons but I think they should be used more sparingly.

Plotlines that should be added (imo)

I would like to see more interaction with the Tellarites. I would also like to see Gorns, Orions and a Romulan vessel minus the cloaking device. Maybe we should go deeper into Vulcan society? Or amaybe... perhaps they should get back to exporing the galaxy.

T'Pols drug use: T'Pol through her actions got several people killed and should not be 2nd in command of the ship. Her actions should be revealed in some way and she should face punishment. Phlox should face some consequences for covering it up also. You have noticed that I'm not a T'Pol fan... Maybe her character should... expire.

What are your opinions?

The view of the Romulan capital in Nemesis was great! That's my choice.

I've never met Nimoy in person so I'll have to go with Spock.

My first choice would be a DS9 movie. Next it would be a Captain Sulu/Excelsior theme.

I don't think any of the current cast work as a pair - certainly T'Pol should be in no relationship whatsoever if she is to be believed as a Vulcan. I find the suggestion of a relationship between her and Trip especially grating. I know this isn't everybody's view but it really does spoil my enjoyment of the show.

Well, you are not alone, chunderfish. I completely share your perspective on the Trip/T'pol relationship. I think the whole relationship, and the shoddy way the writers eliminated her Vulcan self-control with drug addiction, was the most pathetic way to begin a 'relationship' that could be conceived.

 

I would like to see the crew continue to develop friendships and camaraderie, more so than any additional pairing up on a small, cramped ship.

I agree totally. I personally think that this particular relationship hurts the show's credibility and if the ptb were smart they would drop it.

I like the mighty Enterprise -E the most.

I like the uniform worm during the TOS movies best, the one my worn on Sulu in my Avatar. Those mini-skirts of Uhura really rocks. I'd like to see Seven in one of those.

Those are my favorites too.

I would like to see both but I really want to see Sulu on the Excelsior. Riker's story can come later.

When I finally saw Forbidden Planer all of the way through the first thing I thought was this movie must have ay least partly inspired Gene in creating TOS. The technology, situation and feel of the movie was very Trekish.

The ONLY good thing about the show was the great music and the visual effects.  Now all they need to do is work on the characters AS AN ENSAMBLE, and they will have a good show.

I think the show has had a some good episodes but I totally agree with you on a more ensemble cast. I'm sick and tired of the Tripp and T'Pol thing. Plus certain characters get next to no screen time at all.

I will be glad to see the orions. All I have seen are 2 slave women and animated characters.

I voted possible, but doubtful. Anything is possible but I really don't think they will go that way.

The only way a apperance by Q or some one from the continuim is that he appears to Archer as a regular person and that they dont discover or know about his abilities during the whole episode. Viewers could get a hint of what he or she is at the last minute of the show..
