    Ten years (or so) later and I'm raising my daughter on TNG DVD's, Jem adores Tasha from the start and inner turmoil begins in me because I know what's coming and I fear how it will affect Jem but I say nothing, waiting to see how it plays out. Well, It played out wonderfully.

    I have seen the Enterprise version on "Enterprise" . I do not recall seeing the other two.  Which episode of which series, or which movie ( I have seen them all) do they appear? :

    ???? uhhh the defiant is the most beautiful ship ever constructed...a work of art...(its in season 4 credits and on) while the exelcsior is the cadillac of starships as far as im concerned...its outlasted all but the miranda class starships in the 24th century if im not mistaken...

    where on KaZaa when you download something you never know if you are downloading something that was renamed just to tick someone off. I tried to download a movie once and it turned out to be a My Little Ponies movie.  :P

    so did it work? when u saw all the pink ponies did u get pissed off? lol

    so in essence the beauty of it is that u share only for a fraction of the time that u would on kazaa...and u only share the one immediate file that u are downloading..further, if u are downloading from other users that have a incompete download themselves, it is impossible for them to terminate their connection to you.....therefore as an alternative to kazaa, it is faster with much less risk of copyright liability as u would if u were using kazaa..

    bit torrents is the way to go...i download tommorows enterprise episode tonight..its ok...the girl is way hot....i guess maybe people in other countrys get it before us?

     

     

    but anyhow..bit torrents WILL replace kazaa especially since the Feds are craking down...the beauty of bit torrents is that u ONLY share the file that u are downloading if that makes sense..youll have to try it to see what i mean..but because of that the time that u are sharing a file is so minuscule that the feds can never really trace it... bit torrents is the way to go...oh yeah online there is about 100Ks worth of free software so download away

    ok so scifi-epz.com is outta business now that they got busted for copyright infringment and all that? cant find any bit torrents sites either.... dangit got class late on wed nites and keep missing the episodes...and i swear it will take me a week to get them off kazaa.... I NEED MY TREK!!!! im going into withdrawl...a guy can only watch ST 1-11 so many times before he goes nutts!!

    I watched relics last nite...and its just sad to see our beloved scotty become useless in the 24th century with no friends left alive (admiral bones would be like 130 and spock is still stuck on romulus)...i mean talk about a bad way to go...at least kirk technically died in the prime of his life in the line of duty saving his ship (1701-:tear: or at least the namesake of his ship .... sucks to be scotty i thought at the end of the episode...

    By your rational...it was GOOD that the highjackers flew the planes into the WTC and only killed several thousand bringing the atttention of the american public to global terrorism decreasing the amount of innocent bystanders that would have died had al quida/osama bin laden been allowed to continue his global terrorism

     

    as a person of japanese ancestry, i can tell u first hand the sorrow i feel when i think how my grandfather and family perished in hiroshima when the atomic bomb was dropped...

    their flesh was incinerated to a blackened crisp slipping off their bones all the while their nerve endings seared in unbearable pain as every tissue on their body slipped off their body leaving them a pool of blackened steaming blood...

     

     

    yet, here we are 50 years later, and children are still feeling the effects of radiation poisining...not only is my grandfather anemic, but children today are born with unusually high levels of birth defects due to radiation caused mutations in their parents and grandparents reproductive organs...

     

    despite the fact that american lives were saved, if i have learned anything in my life, i know that there is always another solution to a problem...yes, millions were saved on both sides, but at what cost??? children born today should not have to bear the brunt of the decisions that our grandfathers and great grandfathers made 50 years back... yes as a us born citizen, as was my father and grandfather were as well, i have a deep love for our america, but i still firmly believe that in the case of the atomic bomb, the ends DID NOT justify the means...

    too be honest..i hated the kazon..they just seemed so filthy...for sure the hunters, species 8472, and the borg were worthy adversaries..but it seemed in the beginning the plots were so lame (giant protoplasm eats ship..swarm of little bee-like ships..etc) it was also nice to see the crew bond together as was most evident in the scene in the briefing room on engame "to the journey!" lastly how can we forget trading in the keebler elf-ette for the beautiful seven of nine...she will get no resistance from me :dude:
