My New Year's Resolution is not to make any -
Do you think Tom and B'Elanna were a good match? If so why? If not why? Were you happy when they got married? -
What I would like for Christmas, money can't buy...........True Peace!.........Peace in our country; world peace; and peace in my family. Since I don't believe any of this will happen by Christmas, I will settle for a nice day with my son, and my companion....good nourishment, good Christmas music, and hearty sounds of laughter. -

There has been a shortage of priests in the USA for quite a while. My parish is one of many that has a priest from a foreign country, India. The reason of course is because there is such a shortage. Many American Catholics take issue with many of the traditional views of the Catholic church. One of these issues is the fact that priest cannot marry. Many feel that this is the reason why fewer Catholic men are entering the priesthood today. Personally, I think there is much validity to this perception.

The best movies I've seen lately have been Spiderman 2, and Ray.......I'm going to see Shall We Dance? on Saturday......I have heard that's pretty good.

I would think not unless it was a drone like 7 of 9, disconnected from the hive. Otherwise as was said above, it would probably kill the vulcan.

I can sleep in a quiet environment. But I do like the sound of my ionizer. It has a soothing, comforting sound. I am a lite sleeper most of the time. So too much noise will awaken me.

I've done both too. Personally, I don't like apartment living. I prefer the tax advantages of home owning. I also like the idea of owning a home. But even in home owning there is difvrsity in thought. I have had single home ownership three times. I have also had home ownership in two condominiums........Personally, I prefer the condo life.........let someone else have the responsiblity of cutting the grass, raking the leaves, cleaning the gutters, painting, roofing, etc........I have a small fenced in back yard that I have converted into a beautiful garden of shrubs and flowers......and it is enough yard to maintain.............But,when you look at what you want to call "home," it's all about perference.

I am thankful for all of the blessings God made possible for me through my parents, neither of which is still with me. I am thankful for my son, and for my companion. I am thankful for the good friends that I have. I am thankful that I lived to see another year, and that I have still been able so far to get through the many health challenges that have face me for so many years. I am thankful for my job during a time when so many others are not working. I am thankful for my faith, it has brought me through some very difficult times. I am thankful for the many opportunities that I credit God for providing for me.

I am polite to my neighbors. But I never get overly friendly. So I never let them into my business, and it therefore doesn't matter to me what they think.

Didn't know about this. Thanks for the info. I have always admired him.

I think Star Trek's popularity has a lot to do with the fact that even though it is science fiction.......it also deals with real possibilities, now and in the future. It was the first series that brought people from all walks of life, nationalities, and races working together peacefully. It also portays alien possibilities not as freaks and beings to be studied and always feared"...... but gives many of them desirable, likeable characters, and also makes some of them our allies. It deals with a fascination many of us have space. And it deals with relationships...a subject matter many of are also fascinated with.

I too think we should move on.............

This reply is to both MJ and Wishfire........believe me neither of you will be disappointed, if you rush out this weekend and see this movie. Whether you were ever into his music or not.........it's the story in the movie that is so inspirational.............I purchase very few movies. But when this one comes out on DVD......I will be in line to buy it.

What is the funniest Voyager episode that you have ever watched?..............For me it was in season 7.....the episode, "Body and Soul." In this episode Seven saves the Doctor by downloading his program into her cybernetic implants. The Doctor take over Seven's body, and for the first time, begins to enjoy human sensory experiences. He completely abuses Seven's body as he indulges.......The episode is truly quite hilarious.
