Watching La Liga.

Word has it that HHH spent this summer learning the internal workings of the WWE on the business side, including a full tour of WWE headquarters.
Which unsettles me. :( :(
-
I think it's obscene.
The WWE know fully well that they hold a virtual monopoly over U.S. wrestling, and if they fire people and prevent them from earning a living using their well-known names, their options for successful employment are limited.
It would be seen as a goodwill gesture to give the rights to the trademarked characters and names over to their performers exclusively. But it's a sign of WWE's increasing unprofessionalism and decency when it comes to the treatment of talent.
Firing Test while he was injured and releasing Dawn Marie while she was pregnant come to mind.

Welcome back :( :(

Which is precisely why when TNA on Spike begins, I am going to make certain that everyone knows when and where it is broadcast. I'm going to promote it myself. :(
The WWE is a disgrace regarding these ECW trademark names.
But it's also a chance for the wrestlers affected to create some new fresh characters.

Writers and bookers in the WWE, as bad as they are, have at least given him a high-profile segment on the flagship show.
But his abilities are his own problem. I just don't see what the IC title would stand to gain from him as champ.
-
I'm just not convinced about Carlito.
His mike work is very good, but his in-ring ability is suspect.
He has done nothing to increase the prestige of the IC Championship IMO.

TNA = AJ Styles.
WWE = Chris Jericho

Hypothetically, The Rock would have made a good addition to WCW.
But the behind the scenes stuff can never be ignored.
Nothing in the ring could have saved WCW because the cause of its downfall was behind the scenes.
-
WCW in the final days didn't need new wrestlers, because their roster was still pretty impressive, but rather they needed the following:
1- Budget controls. They were wasting millions on inflated contracts and paying people like KISS and Master P who all bombed completely. This is the main reason why Time Warner had enough and wanted to get rid of the company following the merger with AOL. Jamie Kellner (Time Warner suit) hated wrestling. WCW could not survive without a regular TV slot and rather than selling WCW to Eric Bischoff's consortium he cancelled all WCW programming which made the company worthless. Time Warner actually cost themselves millions of dollars. Providing Bischoff with the Monday night timeslot would have made the company more valuable. Cancelling Nitro allowed McMahon to come in and buy the company for virtually nothing.
2- Proper booking. Ferrerra and Russo were totally out of control. They needed a Vince McMahon figure to restrain their crazier ideas.

He didn't kill Owen :( :(

Well I wouldn't go that far.
But this is his new promotion.
A "religious" wrestling company.
Whatever the heck that means.
-
I remember that.
It was ridiculous.
The Vince Russo Era was completely absurd.
It destroyed a once proud company and ended the Monday Night War when it could have gone on and on and on and on.
Russo is a moron. :(

I've been watching the very same show.
I think your idea is outstanding.

In no particular order:
1- Far Beyond The Stars
2- Take Me Out To The Holosuite.
3- The Way Of The Warrior. (a two parter but I'm posting it anyway)
4- Duet
5- In The Pale Moonlight.
6- The Visitor.
7- Little Green Men.
8- Trials and Tribblelations.
9, 10, 11, 12, 13................ :(

I don't like Grid Iron but I'd just like to request that every team in America defeats the Tampa Bay Bucanneers when they play them.
You see, Tampa Bay are owned by Malcolm Glazer.
He also owns Manchester United.
The more Tampa Bay lose, the more it harms Glazer and the more Manchester United suffer.
LOL!!!!!! :(

While flicking through Sky a few weeks ago, I saw Jeri Ryan acting as a member of David Koresh's lunatic cult in a movie about Waco.

How about "United Simulation Of Planets???" :(

Your team plays 200 games a season???
How many teams are in the league?

Jellico said: "Fair enough, you can wear your uniform, but you ain't gettin' a promotion to Commander".

I nearly choked on my drink when Heenan said the words "Ric Flair" and held that belt.
Yes, I remember when they blacked out the belt. It looked like an old Tag Team belt or something.
Flair's first WWE run was superb.
-
I can understand that.
Next week I'll be watching eight UEFA Champions League matches at once.
Split screen interactive on Sky Digital. :(

I just allow you to believe you do, proof that I actually am the ruler is that you believe that you do.A diabolical plan to be sure.
In all seriousness though, those are all old TV's that have been replaced over the years with more modern sets. I never had the heart to throw them out thugh because they still work. Though if you look at the set to the far right you may notice the color is a bit green. That one isn't far from the trash pile, it will likely go out after football season is over (maybe sooner if I get a replacement for it).So you watch different NFL games on each TV?

Micheal ShoemackerWho???

To be honest, I'm not confident for the WWE's future once Vince dies.
As much as fans criticise him, he IS a genius and the greatest wrestling promoter of all time.
Shane McMahon has a tendency to book himself at the expense of others. He practically buried Kane with his tiresome "Rock Hard Boss' Fat Son" gimmick.
Stephanie McMahon books herself over everyone else and her writing is piss poor.
HHH, everyone knows about him. Fine in moderation, but overbearing with his burial of others and his monopoly of the main titles, which he simply doesn't need anymore.
The business side of the WWE will be fine. But the creative side is more problematic.
