  1. In my secret life I am rich, successful, beautiful and play lead guitar in a really cool band.  B)

    Cool which band?

To be honest it changes all the time at the moment I would be in Nickelback or Evanescence. In my secret life everyone would think them really cool and I would have a great time. B)

Too be in Nickelback you'd have to kick out the lead singer's brother B) and with Evanescence you might have a chance :b-day:

  2. UH, read that again. He said when you "realized" so this means that it could have been initial, Phlox also hasn't done enough of a study to realize this either. Now I come to think of it, what if it was Trip who was addicted?

  3. For the record I have kept my site in the site forum, I also kept it in my signiture. But you raely see me here. I say its a bad thing. Jean-Luc Picard pointed that he likes to do that thing. It should be the one banned. Yet we see links to this site in peoples sigs at other sites, so why can't they do the same here?

Is it VBG or any of the mods? If it is, is it sites that are not owned by them or fellow STFers?

  4. Ok those of you who are blaming T'pol need to learn more about addiction. You can tell that by craving that "high" is the initial effects of the addiction. This stuff causes all means of common sense to go down the toilet.

This also exposes that anyone is capable of becoming addicted to hard drugs if given the exposure and opportunity.

  5. Click for Spoiler:

I gave it a 9.5/10, the T'pol thing does make sense and it's a great lesson about addiction how it can throw away all your reasoning. The Archer thing I don't know why people are comparing it to Iraq, Archer needed to do that all other options were exhausted.

  6. By the way, Jeanway, we're pretty sure that the speed of light is a great cosmic speed limit.  Nothing moves faster.

what do you think happens when a particle moving at, say, 80% (0.8c) the speed of light in air enters water, in which the speed of light is only 75% the speed of light in air

(0.75c).  Is the particle moving faster than the speed of light?

I've read that tachyons travel faster than the speed of light and that they keep increasing speed as they lose mass. Is this true?

They have not been proven to exist. I believe so..

  7. Well I think rule is great. I think maybe it should be ironed out to allow smaller links and so on with conditions of spam posting. I have been getting ticked off lately, I get those constant PM's I see people posting the links on completely unrelated topics, and the sig thing too. I completely agree with this rule, and it is also a matter of respect not to have links and spam like that.
