Female
Wow! Fairly close to 50/50.
Ditch the NFL threads and there might be even more women sticking around.
-
Nope I don't care for them and yes I am fairly familar with their music.
To each his/her own, but not my bag baby.

I voted Prince. He had that ability to evolve throughout his career.
-
Also, The Tick was a pretty excellent cartoon not on the list as well.

For me - here are the best scenes:
TMP: When we see the Enterprise for the first time in all its splendour
TWOK: When Spock dies through the glass
TSFS: I actually like the bit where the Excelsior is all powered up to go, all glitzy and high tech
TVH: It has to be any one of the little Earth scenes - "Nuclear wessels", "Hello Computer", "He did a lot of LDS in the 60s", "take these and see me in the morning", classic.
TFF: Erm, oh I suppose when they find "God" and he does the whole "brave souls speech"
TUC: The finale - very thrilling.
GEN: When Picard meets Kirk.
FC: When the Enterprise swoops in to save the Defiant at the battle with the Borg cube.
INSUR: The battle with the Sona - OMG The Joy Stick! And teh look on the Ensign's face when Riker does his thing - so cheesey (this was the beginning of the end for me)
NEM: When the Enterprise rams Shinzon's ship...
what bout ya??
Nope. Best Scene in all 10 movies is...
Unknown to Khan, Federation Starships can issue orders to each other when the recipient ship's 'prefix code' is used. While ostensibly recalling the Genesis information from the Enterprise's databanks, Kirk and Spock command Reliant to lower her shields. Kirk launches a successful counterattack, crippling the Reliant, forcing Khan to retreat.
Spock: Each ship is programmed with it's own prefix code...
James T. Kirk: To prevent an enemy from doing what we are attempting... using our console to order Reliant to lower her shields.
Spock: Assuming he hasn't changed the combination. He's quite intelligent.
Khan Noonien Singh: 15 seconds, Admiral.
James T. Kirk: Khan, how do we know you'll keep your word?
Khan Noonien Singh: Oh, I've given you no word to keep, Admiral. In my judgement, you simply have no alternative.
James T. Kirk: I see your point. Standby to receive our transmission. [sotto voice] Mr. Sulu, lock phasers on target and await my command.
Hikaru Sulu: Phasers locked.
Khan Noonien Singh: Time's up, Admiral.
James T. Kirk: Here it comes, Khan. [To Spock] Now, Mr. Spock...

And you know that's why Enterprise is my least favorite Trek.
War loving Vulcans?
And the head of the Vulcan High Command?
I know he wasn't Vulcan after all, but come on! He had more tantrums than a preschooler and he supposed to pass as Vulcan?
Just basically throw out the window even what casual Trek fans know about Vulcans.
Just reading this thread makes me think Paramount should have just passed on making Enterprise until they could launch a better concept.

You gotta do what's right for you... However Trek the Experience is closing shortly.
I'm not sure who is voting for that Betazoid wedding?
During a Betazoid wedding, tradition dictates that all people present must appear without clothes at the wedding ceremony, to honor the act of love the ceremony commemorates.

And you're banned for banning my friend...
Déjà vu

I give it a 4.
Although it seemed to be huge violation of the Prime Directive.
The Eminiar War Room
-
FIVE no doubt about it!
The 2nd pilot scores a big hit!
Gary Lockwood (from 2001: a space odyssey) guest starring as Gary Mitchell was wonderful!
-
Captain Proton a was fairly enjoyable little recurring bit that was a Voyager trademark.

Well, I didn't like "Tuvix." Egh... Tuvok and Neelix merged? That is the worst idea ever. And when Tuvix said that he didn't want to die... that was... ergh. I don't know what the big trouble was. I would have separated them in a minute. Because he's not one person, he's two. That guy was only thinking of himself, and not of his impact on others, which is something Tuvok and Neelix would never do. Plus... Tuvok is one of my favorite characters... and Neelix my least favorite... so to see them merged was just... terrible. It's funny Tuvix was always one of my favorite episodes.
Tuvok + Neelix = Tuvix

One of the so-so season 3 episodes.
Hence I give it a 3.
Nice seeing one of the few times Spock get a little rommance
Spock almost broke his 7 year Pon Far cycle for Droxine (above)
-
Vs.
One of the GREAT 3rd season episodes a FIVE!!!
Really has a surreal feel to it. With the red sky, half complete sets and acting style of the villians and townspeople.
-
My fave season 3 ep! Kirk and co. forced to re-live the fight at the OK Corral as punishment from the Melkotians for violating their territory- was profound as it reflected on the violent history of our planet.Noteworthy for the appearance of actor Rex Holman as one of the Earps- Holman would later portray J'onn in St 6: The Undiscovered Country.Actually he played J'onn in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier
and he played one of the Earps in TOS: "Spectre of the Gun"

Hey! I just noticed...
No Janice Rand from TOS?
No Leeta from DS9?
No Ro Laren from STNG?
Wow, those are some pretty big characters to leave off the list.
-
NO! Never!
The only way anything like that could ever even occur is in a horrible Borg 'Jump the Shark' moment.
-
I'm going with NEW Uhura (Zoe Saldana)
Wow! I can see why,but I still prefer the original Uhura. She was stunning in The original series, but she still looks good ^_^
I'm still trying to figure out Ezri Dax being so close to 1st place.
Beautiful = Ezri????
Cute = Ezri... Ok, I can see that.
-
Someone else in the ST universe.
Hellooooooo...
How about Droxine from the Cloud Minders?
Spock was ready to have Pon Far early and break the 7 year cycle for her, without any spores, time warps being involved.
