I almost voted for 'Best of Both Worlds'..That was a great one. But I voted for 'Star Trek II the Wrath of Khan'..That one really got to me...

This would be a very bad idea. Destroying the NX-01, the first Warp 5 Starship..They would have to change the name of the show..They would get a differently named ship..No more Enterprise..And I agree that the Self-Destruct ploy has been used enough in Star Trek..Time to discover a different way to generate excitement..

I would say NCC-1701A if it could Cloak..!..However it can't , so I would say the Defiant is the best choice...

I've always felt that Wesley Crusher was annoying..Wasn't it amazing that he would solve problems that the more experienced Officers couldn't..?!..I was glad when he left the show..

Yes, I was a big fan of the original Battlestar Galactica and I plan on watching this new series. I'm excited about it..It should be good..

Session 5 was the first time that I joined the Trivia chat and I enjoyed it very much. It was fun..I will be there for Session 6 however it is setup. I'm probably not going to have any suggestions for you..But I will give it some thought..

Definately the Russell Watson version. I like his voice much better on this song. I had never heard Rod Stewart sing this song before. I'm not a big Rod fan and truthfully I couldn't listen to the whole song by Rod.. I didn't like it..I can listen to Russell Watson sing it over and over again..

Wow, this certainly was tough choosing between Riker and Spock..I would serve under either of them but I did vote for Riker..I believe that he would be a great Captain to serve for...Hope we get to see him in command in the next movie.. :)

I actually like Star Trek being in the shows title..It does belong there IMO..

I too was surprised at the use of that Trek Insignia..We have yet to see that on Enterprise..Maybe we will in Season 3?..I've always thought it should have been called 'Star Trek: Enterprise' from the beginning..You're right of course..It hasn't been called that until this time..This commercial just gets me anxious for the new shows to begin..

A lot of Country Radio turns me off lately so I was wondering who else out there has discovered Danni Leigh. She has a very traditional sounding Country sound that I find refreshing. She has 3 CDs out but you'll probably never hear her on the radio. I'm interested in your views.

American Football is my favorite Sport to watch..Next best thing to Star Trek..

I voted 10-15 a week. That seems to be what I average. Enterprise and Voyager once a week each on TV..DS9, TNG and TOS DVDs throughout the rest of the week..Yes I'm addicted to Star Trek big time..I even still watch the TOS episodes..

I agree with you. I've always felt that was totally out of character for a starship captain. When I think of an Orion Trader I think of someone who is very crooked and would sell his own sister if it would bring a buck! Certainly not what a starship captain should be. And Captain Pike seemed to me to be more upstanding than even Kirk ended up being..If I remember right, As soon as Pike made that statement he said that it is only 1 thing that he might do..I agree that there are many, many better things for an Ex-Starship Captain to do besides being a crooked Orion Slave girl trader..

I liked the Movie a lot. I certainly didn't find it boring. I think it is definately worth seeing..

Definately Tasha Yar..A very attractive woman and strong willed too...And like most guys Troi's empathic abilities would drive me nuts..Now if you ask : "How about between Tasha Yar and Bev Crusher"..That would be a difficult choice..Too bad Tasha Yar was only in Season 1..

That would be so much fun..Can't imagine anybody on this Forum voting 'No' on this question..The big question is : "How do we make it happen"?

Andorian Mini Bust

I've always liked the Andorian race.In TOS and on now on Enterprise. Just pre-ordered this bust..I think it is so neat looking..It'll look good in my home. Love the Blueskin..

First Contact was a very good Star Trek movie..Very enjoyable..1 of these days I'll get it on DVD..Have never gotten over the Borg Queens entrance..Assembling herself like that. Awesome..!..First Contact is definately the best TNG movie..Still like ST 2, 4 and 6 better..

I voted other. My favorite species these days seem to be the Andorians! I like the way that 'Enterprise' portrays them. I like how they call humans "Pinkskins"..And they have some really awesome moving Antannae!..I hope that we get to see their species explored in more depth.. :blink:

The Vulcans and the Klingons come a close 2nd as my favorite species...

I am not suggesting anything - only asking the perspective of people with experience. If love doesn't work and companionship doesn't work - then what does.

I have no idea what makes a marriage work. As you can imagine I'm pretty cynical about marriage. I haven't had good experiences with it. Sure I know in theory what a good marriage should be..Good communication, sharing, willing to compromise, mutual respect, companionship..However, things look a little different when it is you personally inside a bad marriage...
