Oh My!!!!
-
Star Fleet's roles were probably expanded when the Federation was founded.
-
During Expanse Archer and Tripp discussed the use of commandos that are outside of Star Fleet and a certain General. I've read in old books and heard other fans opinions that Star Fleet should have a specialized ground fighting force or a Marine Corp. There's no mention of these type of personnel in the other series and I wonder what happened to their organization?
-
I liked Expanse also. I can't wait until the next season!
-
I voted for both. Pcs are handy at home and the newer models have more memory and feautures and Laptops are convenient in small places or if you are on the road.

I loved it !!!

I love the Ep it's 10 out of 10 in my book. The fire fight in the Nebula reminded me of STTWK and that's tops . I loved seeing some older Star Fleet ships also. Duras may be dead but apparently he had children before he died too plague the ST universe in the future. -
Ezri's addition was fine IMO but she could nver replace Jadzia. I want Data back of course. I really did not care for Kes that much because I thought she was boring and the actress portraying her lackluster. I really wish they would have done more with Saavik, she had a lot of potential.

You have a point. For some reason I'm reluctant to use Star Trek V as a reference guide. Hmmm I wonder why. :)
-
You had me going for a second. :)

I voted for Seven. That blue cat suit they poured her into was pleaing to the eyes. It had that umph quality.

Louise Fletcher portrayed Kai Winn a bit too well. I simply despised that character. She wanted that position for her own selfish reasons and not for the good of her people. Perhaps she thought both were the same. She was your basic bad politician greedy, selfish and untrustworthy. Being consumed in fire was perhaps a ironic end for her.

I loved seeing the original Klingons together. Klingons must live at least 200 years to still be alive a century after TOS. It must be all of those extra organs. As for their looks... I'm not going to go there.

I think the Romulan wars will start near the end of Enterprise's run. The founding of the Federation reportedly was prompted by this war. I would love to see the UFP established in either a movie or the last eps of Enterprise.

Weapons.

IMO opinion I think it's to early for Phton Torpedoes. I know I'm being too picky but In TOS Balance Terror Episode it was said that the Romulan wars were fought with primitive nuclear weapons. At least I believe that's what was said. I may be wrong.

I voted no. I like the song just the way it is. I love the instrumental music for the other series but I think Enterprise's is different and unique. It makes you think that it's Star Trek but not quite the ST that you know.
-
This is one of my favorite ST episodes period. The plot was fresh and never before attempted. I loved the glimpse of late 23rd century Bozeman and it's crew. The Enterprise crew were shocked when they realized how much time had passed. Imagine how shocked the Bozeman's crew was!
-
I like Trip also but I think he has a lot to learn about tolerance of different cultures.
-
I voted for the Enterprise. Specifically A and E because they seemed more simple and practical in design.
-
I loved STMP's back grounds and interior design. Gene, Robert Wise and compant pulled out the stops for that film. The only problem I saw was with the lighting. Some scenes were just to dark IMO.
-
I remember that book. I almost bought it once but when I went back to get it someone had bought it. It went into detail about Gene's early trek ideas. It had a few early sketches of Enterprise concepts and behind the scenes stories. That's all I can remember.

Khan rules!! The two novel series centered on him adds to his mythos.
-
I liked Janeway's hair after they cut it. Particulalrly thae last few seasons. The 1st seaon hairstyle was okay but it tended to come down and get in the way if she was jostled or knocked around.
-
Sorry about that cptwright I meant that Robinson should have commanded NX-02.

ST VI is my second favorite after the wrath of Khan. The franchise seemed to have come roaring back after te STV debacle.
