It's impossible for me to pick a favorite or to put them into order, if you ask me that question once a month for a year you'd probably get 12 different answers but one thing is sure, the DS9 cast would rank very high in all 12 of those answers. As would the TOS cast, followed by the TNG cast and ENT cast and then "The Doctor" from Voyager followed by the rest of the Voyager cast.
