Here's a note to share, if you have another child after Mandy, you won't be able to "silence" the noise level on Mandy so easily, especially if she is under age 5.  They seem to forget no matter how many times you say "shhhhhhhhh, please be quiet"!!

 

Also, how much noise was in the unit she was in at the hospital?  Lots of things making noise there, if I remember correctly from when my little was in PICU. 

 

 

 

Not trying to get you thwacked Hang, really!!!    Just saying natural life noises shouldn't be dulled, the baby is used to them already from being inside Deb!!

I'm really happy for you three, Dan; she's definitely adorable. I know you're ecstatic that she's home safe and sound. Enjoy this precious time as much as you can. It won't seem too long before younger Hang's are coming to your door asking to take Mandy out.

i am starting to get tired now,i took the first watch with mandy last night,at 2am and 5am she had a bottle and then she sleept till 9am,but we had fun just the 2 of us :ilove: what i thought was kinda cool is when ever i got up she followed me with her eyes watching everything i did and she didnt cry once last night :P

Debbie has gone to take mandy to see debbies sister and i am on my 6th cup of coffee,so i thought now is the chance to install the program for my new digi cam but its not working out like i planned :P ...must be my computer cuz i cant even get my msn or yahoo IM going,to tell the truth i am too tired to even bother to find out whats wrong.

Thats it from me...The Hang is...tired but still on top of the world

It was more tired because the last 6 weeks have been hell,and having mandy home for the first time ment i could relax and not have to worry,not so long ago i could be found here till 3am then be up for work at 5am so long nights are not much of a problem for me :P ....18 years from now...hmmm i dont even wanna think about it :P

The weather is beautiful its gonna be in the high 80's today so mabe in a bit i will take Mandy for a walk in her buggy

I just back from the shops with mandy,she was awake at 8 am and her baby milk was running low so i took her with the car to the local mall,i almost hit a guy in the parking lot,i was putting the shopping in the trunk and had mandy in her buggy next to the side door when some guy pulled up in right behind her buggy rev'ing his engine as if to say hurry up :huh: ..well i kinda lost it and walked up to his window and asked him why he was being a dip wad and said there are plenty of free spaces and if he didnt stop acting like he was gonna run over mandys buggy there would be another type of automobile pulling up...a ambulance for him,well his face turned white and he backed up pretty fast and drove away :lol: ...i swear if he had rev'ed his engine one more time i would have dragged him out of his car and beat the crap out of him :lol:

Any way for the rest its hot and sunny(beach time) here in holland,we are all off to the beach at 12:00 noon and then a BBQ at my moms :lol:...thats all the Hang is.....feeling COOOOOL

I shall explain...i am english and moved to holland when i was 17 with my mom and my step dad(he is dutch)..i have lived here now almost 8 years..as for the way i sound most of my friends online are from the US and i belive about 80% of the members here are from the US so i use a lot of words you use cuz in england we use differenet words for the same thing i.e the boot in english is the trunk in the US :lol:

Hey Delta *hugs*!!....yeah he thought he was a big tough guy but when i let him know he was messing with the wrong person he soon drove off..pfffff.

 

The beach was too hot today,it got up too 33c this afternoon so we left after 2 hrs and came home and the whole Hang family sleept till 4pm hehe...me and debbie on the sofa and mandy in her buggy,we just got back from my moms cuz that thunderstorm you have seems to have come this way and its like a tropical down pour :) i dont mind its nice and cool outside now.
