Jeanway 0 Posted May 31, 2004 This sounds strangely familiar, a Hyjacking perhaps? :) It's o.k. doc, I understand. I started a 'Time to Go to Bed' Thread a while back and it was fun. Yea, lot's of mornings, early, it's been time for me to go but just stayed here making a nuisance of myself too. :( After minight all good judgement seems to go right out the window for most people. Especially if the are 'BOXED' :) No offense intended. Have fun I've been surviving on about 2 hours sleep a night for months now, so I know what your talking about. trekz 7 Posted December 21, 2005 (edited) I voted cheesecake I am torn on the topic of sleep. If you need to go to and function at work the next day, you SHOULD go to sleep before 2 AM. Yet I often end up watching old movies into the wee hours, so I don't always practice what I preach. And that's not to mention insomnia, ... so DON't MENTION IT! APW 0 Posted December 22, 2005 Should you go to bed? Good question. As a "career insomniac" 2 a.m. doesn't particularly impress me. I've had nights turn into mornings before I drift off to sleep at 9 or 10 a.m. Sometimes (when it's really bad I might go 2 days without sleep....) :) I say go to bed if you can. Try if you can't.
