National Sleep Awareness Week

March 29 through April 4 is national sleep awareness week.

 

Actually for me life has become a constant lack of sleep awareness episode. So I can appreciate the title of this week. Sleep is so important and I enjoy it but I just keep waking up way too early and can't get back.

I understand where you're coming from, TUH. No matter what time I get to bed lately, I'm awake at 5 a.m. or so. Can't wait to see what happens in about ten days when my schedule switches so that I work until 1 a.m. I hope my sleep cycle will accomodate!

as someone who sleeps on average 3 hours a night this is a good thing, personally I've developed a deep hatred of clocks, especially any clock with an alarm. :wow:

Well i stay awake for a tops of 9 days strait then collapse for 24-48 hours...

With my job in the Navy (Quartermaster) sleep is activity that I don't have much time to indulge. When the ship is underway my workday, barring no special evolutions, is 16 to 18 hours long. :wow:
