    Our home used to be a shrine to Trek, Models I had built hanging everywhere from the ceilings. Wall space filled with row after row of collected action figures still in their packages. Bookshelves stuffed with every hardcover novel I could get my hands on. Boxes in corners overflowing with Trek comic books. Knickknack shelves crowded with things the kids could play with. Two things happened which caused almost all of that to go away;

     

    1. We moved into a smaller apt and did not want to get a storage somewhere so it all went into the yard sale (First at prices which reflected the true worth of the items but in the end, got sold for prices at pennies on the dollars. :blink: )

     

    2. All most everything that was left I donated to a family which had visited the sale but could not afford to buy anything even at dirt cheap prices, seeing their kids crying cause they could not have something Trek broke my heart so they carried away much of the remainder.

     

    Now all that remains are a couple novels (and some I have bought since) and my Trek reference books, about 15 action figures I went ahead and opened to allow Jem to play with, a collectors plate of 1701, a set of 5 movie era glass glasses, and finally, my new

     

    ARTASYLUM

    ENTERPRISE NX-01 12 inch starship with lights and sounds

     

    Here I go again! :laugh: [/b]

    Now this is a sad story if I ever heard one! :huh:

    My fashion is very simple.

     

    Cold-Jeans, T-shirt, Hoodie

    Warm-shorts, T-shirt

     

    It drives my mom crazy! I'm not sure why though because she is always complaining about how expensive clothes are and my style is really cheap. Oh well.

    Not necessarily. Couldnt it be an assimilated baby?

    Wouldn't that kill the baby? After all, borgs don't really care about the comfert of the person they are assimalating and a baby is a very fragile thing.

    Thinking everything to death...  Sounds like me!  Does that mean I'm an alien? :tear: (tries to zap the cat across the room to the bed...  nothing happens...)  Guess not... :idea:

    If thinking things to death makes someone an alien then my best friend is as alien as it gets. She analizes and re-analizes everything!

    My name is Garak_girl because I love Garak (duh!). I kinda want to change it to something more meaningfull like Lubak10 or murk10 but I don't know how to change it without just starting a new account and I don't want to start over as a cadet. Lubak10 because Garak was the 10th member of the Lubak group at the Bamarren Institute or murk10 because that's what 1st years were called at Bamarren and I'm a freshman.

     

    PS if anyone can tell me how to change my name please do.
