I also cannot believe that "Trouble with Tribbles" (TOS) is not on the list either. The only two I agree with are "City on the Edge of Forever" (TOS) and "In the Pale Moonlight" (DS9).

Jack's 24 Trivia Weeks gave me an idea. How about a week of Star Trek regulars on other shows? It could be guest spots, regular roles or spots in non Star Trek movies.

Happy Birthday, CP

I rarely have Star Trek wallpaper. For a while, I had a Star Trek screensaver. But now my screensave is just a blank screen.
My desktop at moment is a picture of my cat, Freddy.

The chicken strips ad was the worst. The bucking chicken ad is just about as stupid.

Tom Baker will always be my favorite Doctor. My favorite episode of all time is "Deadly Assassin". My second favorite episode is "Trial of a Timelord" (The Doctor in that was Colin Baker, probably the darkest of the doctors)

It never occurred to me to say anything when I log on.

don't quote me on this, you might have to fiddle around with it a bit.
That is correct.

Does she have a collar with her name and your phone number on it?
Freddy has been gone as long as three days at a time. But he eventually finds home. Hopefully the same will happen with Kes.

Has anybody heard from RC?

She's right though, he did lose his hair when he was 19, he wore a wig for years too until a friend of his, a martial arts expert, and his girlfriend held him down and cut the wig to pieces so he couldn't wear it any more.
That is guite a funny story. I have to agree with his friends. He looks better with no hair. Even with that big nose.
Sorry, Mrs Picard. I could not contain myself.

I do not make a habit of saving PMs. But I also do not delete them right away either. I actually have a PM that goes back to Aug. 13 2005. I only delete PMs when my folders fill up.

I am planning on donating again next month.
It is all for the love of Trek.

Yes, in order to maintain a domain name and full IPB features, it costs some money.
Just curious.. How much does it cost on average?
I do not know how much VBG actually pays a month. But I maintain a website which supports MySql, PHP, PERL, myPHPAdmin, phpBB and a Blog. Plus has 400gig bandwidth per month, 10 gig storage. It costs me $20.00 a month. I believe VBG's cost is higher.

I don't understand. Several have donated thru PayPal to help VBG and express their thanks. That is what being a Sustaining Member is all about.
-
In some of the moderators' profiles there is a Paypal button. Select it and you could donate something thru that with either a major credit card or Paypal accout (if you have one). You can donate anything you wish. I believe VBG, AE and Takara have the PayPal button in their sig.
Is this a donation to the site?
The PayPal button is also on the bottom of the Portal page.

God i love this show! It was so funny and they even jabbed at Star Wars
Yeppers, the ending was fantastic.
I should of known that William Shatner was Jewish. He was also born in Canada.

is shatner a sciencetologist?
that would be the one person i would worship in science fiction.
Why not ask him at http://www.williamshatner.com/

Boy, how the news screws things up. By the way, the season premier episode was a riot. It started out kind of strange. But there was a little dig at Scientology in the episode. I think this incident will trigger more digs at Tom and Scientology in the future.
By the way, Matt and Trey seem to pick on their religions the most. One is Jewish and the other is Catholic. I forgot which is which.
About Hayes, I do remember reading about him having a bad stroke a few months ago. It is pretty scary that somebody from Scientology would think it right to speek for him. Yes, the episode "Trapped in the Closet" was a while ago. It is strange that Hayes would speak up now. Thank you, Takara for clearing it up.

I have lost pets a few times. But the time that effected me the most was when the dog of my childhood had to be put to sleep. She was 13 and I was 18. It was during the summer. So I was holding a summer job. I had to go to work the following day. It was so hard preventing myself from crying. The people at work noticed I was upset. I told them I had to put a pet to sleep. They seemed to understand.
RIP Buddy
