There is also the ad where the caveman is being interviewed. "Somebody got up on the wrong side of the cave".
I am not sure if the show will fly. But I figured somebody would try making a show out of it. It could turn into a whole comment on prejudice. Then again they could totally screw the whole thing up.

I am glad it is on again tonight. I will make sure I watch it this time. Missed the earlier showing.

Kor, this is a totally crazy story. The guy must of been drunk to fall asleep in a dumpster. Yes, play the lottery. In fact, I think I am going to play the lottery.

It is very sad. I have also seen women get sick bacause they did not dress properly for the weather. What it says to me is that women should stop letting society tell them what to do. Try to be your own person. Also, stop following fads. Most are really stupid.
Also, heals are really bad for your feet. Try wearing something sensible. Your feet will last longer.
My poor grandmother totally destroyed her feet because she had to wear heals that were the wrong size.

It is always sad to see a person leave a forum because they are upset. I have never really been a very active member of this community in the three and a half years I posted. Mainly because I run my own site and help mod others. I never joined the staff here. So I had no real reason to be completely dedicated.
I have enjoyed my time here and would like to continue to enjoy myself here. ARMS, you need to look at your situation and see why maybe the mods chose to remove your posts. I missed what happened so I cannnot comment on them.
Maybe Kronos should be left for political debate only. If you do not wish to debate, which is being willing to respect others point of view as well as have something to back yours, than stay out of Kronos. One of the rules of Kronos is not to whine about others.
Also, if there is a lot of religious talk, maybe that should be put in a separate forum for religious talk. So people who wish not to talk about it do not have to see it.
Yes, I agree, ARMS, the place has lost a lot of what it once had. But some of it has to do with the fact that Star Trek just does not have anything new coming down the pike soon. Hopefully, the site can maintain some kind of excitement about Trek until an exciting new thing does come around.

I think it is any kind of picture identification. I would think a picture drivers license was used last year in my state.

I don't know Odie. We invaded Iraq because they were supposed to be working on Nuclear weapons. It was not the only reason. But it was a huge part of why we invaded Iraq. At least the one that was publicly used. Now Iran has a materials and North Korea has already completed tests. I do not see a very good end to this whole mess. Bush is not really equipped to really know what to do. Actually, most Presidents really are not. It needs to be handled by the International Community leaders combined.

Half of Americans Admit to Re-GiftingReuters
NEW YORK (Oct. 5) - Wrapping up that unwanted picture frame from last Christmas and giving it to someone else as a gift might not be as taboo as it once was, according to a study released on Wednesday.
The survey of 1,505 American adults, conducted by market research firm Harris Interactive, found that over half of the respondents admitted to "re-gifting" with passing on gifts becoming a far more common and acceptable phenomenon.
In fact 78 percent of consumers who were polled felt that it was acceptable to re-gift some or most of the time.
Nancy Wong, a spokeswoman for Harris Interactive, said she was surprised by the number of people who admitted to re-gifting.
"It's not something I've thought about and when I saw that nearly half had done it -- 52 percent have re-gifted and or would re-gift -- it's quite a significant number," Wong told Reuters.
According to the survey, the mostly commonly re-gifted items were decorative household items, such as vases, paintings, picture frames and other trinkets.
Wong said that while 77 percent of respondents said they re-gifted because the item was perfectly suited to the new recipient, in some cases, the re-gift was far less generous.
The study showed that nine percent of people admitted that they re-gifted out of laziness to purchase a new gift and four percent confessed that they re-gifted out of dislike for the recipient.
I've done this on occassion but not often. What does everybody think? Is this ok or not?
Somehow this makes me think of a Seinfeld episode.

It should be fixed now, if it still isn't then log out and log back in and see if it's fixed.
Yes, the stfans style is back. Thank you, VBG. Boy, that was really weird.

I only see the IPB standard. I had to remove some infected Java files. But I do not see what that has to do with not getting the old forum style.

Now that is a really late Birthday wish.

Yes, cats are natural mousers. Watch out. Once they get the nack of killing varmit, they will continue. Freddy has brought home large bloody dead rabbits. The only thing keeping them out of the house was they did not fit through his little door. It just sat on the porch. I am sure my neighbor's loved the sight.
If your cat is an inside cat, keep it that way. Because the outdoors has a lot more critters. <_<

Like any economic good, including social drinking, there is a point of diminishing returns and, sometimes, negative returns. You wouldn't want to drink yourself to a stupor where you loose your *existing* business contacts for example.
That is why you stick to beer or just one drink when dealing with a client.

I have not seen my personal banner in a long time. I wonder if it was removed from the cycle.
