The cup of coffee materialized in the replicator, Janeway picked up the cup and moved over to her desk. Sitting down, she took a long sip of the black liquid. Closing her eyes and absently rubbing her neck.

She'd been working for longer than the doctor had told her, again. Any minute now either he or Chakotay was going to come through that door and demand that she go get some rest. Sighing, she turned back to her desk. Picking up the closest PADD she wondered how the doctor was fairing with Seven of Nine, and just what they would do with her.

It was us who abandond them, just because they had a different point of view on a certain issue than we did.

Lucky! I wish I could have gone...I was planning to go Friday, but I got a last minute doctors appointment that was squeezed in for me, so I couldn't go :(

I voted Shakespeare, but how about literature in general?  There certainly is a lot of it mentioned in Star Trek.

I would hate to be Captain, as wierd as that sounds. I'd never be able to handle the thought that everyone's lives depend on me. I'm anxious and doubt myself to begin with, I don't need the knowlage of having to make those tough on the spot decisions. I can take orders just fine though :(

I totally agree with you trekkiemage! I could never be captain, even though its the job you would expect most people to want to be.

True! Though i was sort of a Captain of my gymnastics team, it is not exactly the same thing...and I would not want the job as a starship Captain...too much there!

They aren't out yet. My guess is that they'll come out in 2005, or when the series is over. They've been releasing the DVD sets slowly, one series per year. Last year they released TNG, this year it's DS9 and my guess (even if it hasn't been officially announced) would be Voyager is coming out next year.

You can record them yourself on tape, or like ddillard said, you can download them. :(

I loved the movie! They did an excelent job on it. I can't wait for an sequel. I just hope the sequal is just as good, if not better

Perhaps, we could talk about a specific series one night a week...Like on Mondays at 8 we discus TOS, Tuesdays at 8 it's TNG, Wendsdays at 8 we have the ENT chat, Thursdays we discuss DS9 at 8 and Friday at 8 we talk about VOY at 8.
