  1. That sounds really cool, TrekkieMage, have a great time!!

Just so you don't think I've been abducted by aliens or anything

You say that like it's a BAD thing!

    Thanks :P

I never said it was a bad thing :P

As for the Borg, CJLP, They haven't found Earth yet, remember?

  2. Okay, I'm not going to be here for about a month, I'm going to a computer, science and technologys course in upstate New York, so I may have some internet time in the two weeks I'm there. But, if I do get internet access, I don't know how often and how long I will be on. Then for the next two weeks I'm going to be on vacation in Vermont and Maine with no internet access at all.

Just so you don't think I've been abducted by aliens or anything

  3. He did kind of have a quiet personality, like Gotabite said. The producers said that he suffered from 'First Officer syndrome' as they called it. What was he supposed to do? The Captain made all the big decisions and he wasn't the head of a department, he just sat next to her. They tried to fix it, and he did have his moments, but it was hard to find something for him to do.

  4. Being a TNG fan all the way, I voted for Picard...not that I dislike any of the others...

    Same... ;)

lol, me too. I voted for picard, especially because I love tng, but I think they're all great. Janeway would probably be my second choice :( (for star trek haven members, my desision has nothing to do with the "how are you liking ENT?" post. ;) I'm serious! I do like her! :o lol

    LOL!

Yeah, I'm not surprised Picard is winning, this is a very TNG based board. Not that I'm complaining! :(

  5. I don't think I need to do much explaining here, but out of all the series, who was your favorite captain.

And as for a little clarifacation (I know this sometimes comes up) it's favorite, not best command decisions

    Mine is Kathryn Janeway.

  6. Ah, well, Murphy and Cash were the best.  I have their autographs!  They were signing pictures at a concert I went to.  I've also got Jon Anthony's.  I love WMZQ!  But, unfortunately, I've moved from there.  I still listen to it from time to time on the Internet, though.  *sigh*  It was the best station.

That stinks, this area has some of the best radio stations, but the internet is a wonderful thing! I'm glad you can listen to it one way or another

  7. The episode that sticks out to me is "Prey".  Seven saves the ship and crew because the captain for some stupid reason endangers it to play humanitarian to a member of a  species that could care less about Voyager and while superior forces were cutting the ship to pieces trying to get to it..  Later Janeway has the nerve to be angry at Seven for saving her ship.  This was a good eps. but it also revealed that certain characters are not always right.

I remember that episode, too. The alien Janeway was protecting was species 8472, and the aliens who were pounding the crap out of Voyager to get the injured 8472 back were the Hirogen. The Hirogen were on a hunt, and the 8472 was their prey. Janeway refused to hand over the injured 8472, and Seven beamed it back to the Hirogen ship despite Janeway's orders not to.

If I remember the episode correctly, Tuvok was in contact with it and it was hurt, and needed to rest. It didn't attack any other crew members on Voyager, and is was just trying to heal itself.

Since they had been fighting 8472, Janeway saw it as a chance to make allies with them, and keep her ship from being attacked in the future.

That's just my take on it.

  8. Klingon. But I also like the Vulcans and other telepathic species. Also, there is no such species as a federation, the Federation is a group of hundreds of species.

  9. The episode will feature various Xindi species, including Xindi-Reptilians, Xindi-Sloths, Xindi-Humanoids and Xindi-Aquatics. As executive producer Rick Berman revealed in TV Guide's May preview of the third season (story), there will also be Xindi-Insectoids.

 Fascinating, Sub Species of a Race is something I don’t remember ever seeing done before on Trek, I am intrigued by this announcement and am growing more excited for the new season with every passing moment.

Same, I think it's so neat that in one species they can have reptiles and humanoids among other things.

I too, can't wait for the third season to start
