I love the rain.Especially at night.Very relaxing.

I bought an HP Pavilion a couple of weeks ago.
Originally I went in to the store to buy a cheap e-Machines,but they were sold out.So I went with the HP on the recommendation of a friend who also owned an HP.

The true original (EP4) will always be my favorite if only for nostalgia's sake. Its one of the first films I can remember going to see at a theater.
-
Just so long as it's there when needed,I don't care.

Shower in the morning.
Shower after work, since my job is labor intensive.
Bath at night to relax.

I guess I'm going to have to post a picture of myself soon,so all of you lovely ladies can add my name to these lists.
-
Geez,that's too bad.
I heard that Paul Winchell, the voice of Disney's Tigger died last night too.

"A Week In A Country Jail" by Tom T. Hall.....
I think I've been in this jail.
-
Couldn't help myself.
Besides,Rayner had it coming.....wearing green and all.
Well,I'm off to the moons of Alpha Xanthi VI to collect a bounty.Might be back in a day or two.
Until then, behave yourself sis.....and you,Gordon...dump that flake Nightwight and find yer'self a real man.Someone respectable, like a cool supervillain or sumthin'!
Later.

I just noticed (I've been checking out the Greatest American poll at aol.com) that very few writers, artists,or musicians were in the top 100,but a lot of pop culture icons like Madonna (if there was a vomiting emoticon,it would go here)* represented.....it looked like half of the names listed. What's up with that?
I would've thought F. Scott Fitzgerald or Steinbeck would've been shoe-ins.Same with Robert Johnson (blue's legend) and Andy Worhol.
But,of course,Californians sent in the overwhelming majority of votes....so I guess we're like lucky dude that those singing raisins didn't win.

Okay,I'll call off the search and destroy mission on Jor-El's brat.
I didn't mean to scare the guy off permanently, afterall.
Lobo rulz!
How's it going Barbara Gordon!
-
Really?
I must've missed that episode.Darn.

The Cardassians also stole the blueprints to the Defiant-Class and constructed some of their own fast-attack light spacecraft on the design (I've seen them in the DS9 Technical Manual).
-
Quite possibly the coolest Trek race after the Klingons.
Its a shame we didn't get to see the Gorn on Enterprise. But,as was said on their one and only TOS appearance, the Cestus V encounter was the first meeting between the Federation and the Gorn.
The bulk of my knowledge concerning the Gorn is derived from un-official sources such as the TOS paperback novels and the various TOS-themed Trek videogames.
They are still a seperate political entity in the time of DS9 and are still pretty touchy about their territorial claims, but otherwise haven't been nearly the pain-in-the-a$$es the Cardassians,Dominion,or Romulans have been since the 23rd century.
Too bad we never saw a Gorn-Borg.That would've rocked.

If you say so!
I still don't trust them....creepy little worms.....
-
Cyborg has a cool motorcycle.
BTW,sis....still can't find Superman.Found Green Lantern and beat the crap outta him because I don't care for the color green....still looking.
-
I hear fireworks!
I want some!
-
Because of my love for TOS...I guess my favorite Romulan Episode would be "Balance of Terror".

A single Galor-Class warship is no match for a Galaxy-Class starship.
During the Cardassian Wars it was a common Cardassian tactic to engage a large Starfleet vessel, like a Galaxy-Class or an Ambassador-Class starship with several Galor's.
The Keldon-Class was a slight improvement over the Galor in that it carried more weapons systems.Even so, the Keldon,I believe, was not a match for a Starfleet heavy cruiser in a one-against-one battle.

That's cool.Raegan was my second pick.
I voted for MLK.
My father, whose best friend was african-american,actually traveled to Mississippi with his buddy to participate in a civil rights march.I guess, more than anything he wanted to make sure his friend didn't get hurt. That and his own strong feelings about civil rights.
Both Reagan and MLK were great Americans, willing to risk everything to make America a better place in which to live.

Oh...okay,that explains a lot.
The whole "I'm Superman....I'm like a God!" attitude he has.Compensating.

I first heard about some finds suggesting the ancient Chinese visited the west coast of the North American continent back in Jr. High.
I believe it.
The ancient Chinese were legendary mariners and explorers....luckily for the rest of the world, they weren't as interested in conquest as Columbus. They were true explorers....exploring for the sake of gaining knowledge.

Cardassians ships are designed to look like the "Galor",a mythological Cardassian beast.

I feel the same way.I don't trust the symbionts.I think they exert a much greater influence over their host than has been reported.I mean look at the differences between the up-tight,bookish nerd Jadzia and Jadzia Dax....and then the almost immediate changes Ezri Tegan went through after being joined.
The truth is out there Trill people!Don't trust the symbionts!
:tomcat:
Destroy the little buggers!
Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka?

The Willy Wonka I grew up with wasn't really much like the Roald Dahl book at all,so I'm hoping this new version is a little truer to the source material.Nothing against Gene, the man's a genius and I'll always love his Willy Wonka character....but I'm looking forward to seeing this new movie.
And,I suppose thirty years from now (if I'm still alive,God willing ),I'll be looking forward to seeing the next remake.
