My question is why the hell did he leave a room that had a nude woman in it?

This had to be one of those plots where the writers were high and said, "Ok, now... ok, so like... whoa, I could go for double-stuff Oreos right now. So like, what if Quark's moogie was dating the Grand Nagus.... deep man." And everyone else went "Whooaaa....." Still, it was nice in the end for Quark to get his license and Brunt to just plain get his. 3.

3. A nice farewell to Ghe'mor. The return of Weyjoun was cute. Dakat being a political schmoozer... it's all pretty non-descript actually.

4. If nothing else, this was an important plateau. They needed to get his creditors off his back, or else it'd make for a hackneyed set of future eps. So they take care of this, and make his only creditor the Federation for the destruction of the Cargo Bay. I respect his episode for that, but I didn't really love it. But nice working of plot devices to keep Quark out of jail.

3. Very emotional episode, but I wish there had been more mystery/thriller to it. Though nice to see that Odo got his cherry popped. lol

4. I think having Bashir being genetically enhanced takes away from the character. It really comnplicates things unnecessarily, and they could have found other "family secrets" to create this kind of chaos. Meanwhile, a good nod to Voyager with Picardo in this one, both as Zimmerman and briefly as the EMH. And Rom finally makes his confession. Nice overall.

5. One of the few two-parters where the payoff is better than the buildup. Terrific work. Loved the riot where the Breen takes the gun and dies a hero. The Jem'Hadar who conceded... all great work on this episode.

5. The only misstep was "Bashir" insisting they go to Sisko first before Garak takes a runabout. This is only because at this point, we don't know Bashir on DS9 is a changeling. Good action and dialogue though. Loved this episode.

3. I was really hoping that Eddington would screw up royally himself, thus forcing him to think of himself less of a Jean Valjean. You'd almost think though, that Sisko would be referred to more of as Captain Ahab. Besides, Javert is actually a pretty cool character. If I were to play a role in Les Miserables, I'd want to be Javert (though my friends tell me I'm more of an innkeeper type of person. Meh.).

4. Really touching stuff. I wasn't keen on Odo getting his abilities back, but I guess keeping him a solid wasn't working out as much as the writers had hoped.

Those who remember Shatner's roast knows Betty White will try to be there to catch the (I'm trying to say a bad word but can't) ring.

The Romulans would have to make their first blow extremely devastating. As we saw in ENT, once you throw down the gauntlet against the Vulcans, they will not hesitate to unload on you.

2. The idea of making it a whodunit was nice, but the playout and payoff just did not work.

I give it a 2. The Jake and Nog story was like the Odd Couple, only without the funny. The Odo and Quark story was only marginally interesting really.
-
3. I really wasn't buying into the whole ad hoc Great Link. Wasn't a good explanation. I liked the scene with Odo and Kira in the end. Sobering.

4. Nice work. And the humor was awesome. Worf on Risa. You'd have though he was in Gre'thor by the way he acted.
-
Like everyone else, I give it a 5. Funny and great camerawork imposing the DS9 folks into the scenes flawlessly. Brilliant work, and I loved this episode.
-
I gave it a 4. Nice twist at the end... wasn't really sure how it'd be resolved. Funny to see Odo get walloped, too, now that he's a solid. Nice work from Chao in this one.

Mint tea.
Only this past year have I taken to drinking tea when I've got a cold. It doesn't do any harm at least.

4. I thought this was kind of an homage to M*A*S*H in a weird way. Not much irreverent humor, but the more dramatic side of it was there. I'm kinda surprised they still called Jake a hero when he wasn't trying to seal the cave entrance and really had no clue what he was doing. Just proves one of Murphy's laws of combat: professionals are predictable, it's the amateurs that are dangerous. But a good episode.

5. The only real downside to this episode was that Dax's affections for Worf seemed a little contrived. Not a whole lot of buildup to it. Just suddenly, BAM, she's hot for Klingon. But the comedy and the action all worked out incredibly, so a really great episode altogether.

2. I normally enjoy Klingon episodes, but this one was just lousy. They're all behind Worf's decision to get insubordinate, until he actually makes the challenge and loses, but lives. Somehow, that arouses Martok's will to warrior again and they're all behind Martok again. Just a bad story, really. Had a couple nice moments that kept it out of 1 range, but not by much.
