5. For once, an ending to a cliffhanger that did not disappoint!! Nice bit of detective work by Odo, thus proving he's still a very competent constable. The celebration was awesome to watch. And Gowron was his normal great self. Great episode.

3. The more they do the Mirror Universe, the less I'm buying it. Seriously, how does Jake let himself be talked into going over there? At least they did the cute follow-ups with "Dax," "Bashir," and "Kira." I was hoping that the episode's title would mean they severed the ability for crosses over, but as soon as Jennifer offered to help with the upgrades/repairs, I knew what it was referring to. And given Kira's last line, you know there'll be another such episode. But please no one spoil it for me. I'm getting enough spoilers on the series from watching the Special Features on the seventh disc of each season.

5. Great writing and direction. Testimony being given with the character looking into the camera while testifying from the position instead of doing the voice over the action. Awesome way of doing it. And the dressing down Worf got. Even "not guilty" doesn't necessarily mean "innocent" or "faultless." Wonderfully done episode.

Got any pics of that?
Although, my best friend once tried to set me up with a Goth chick. We had less chemistry than a liberal arts major.

5. Only thing I didn't like was making Gowron a changeling. That was a bit of a stretch for me. I laughed when Bashir almost tried to skip a stone off the Great Link. Just a nice moment of humor. Nice Garak story as well.

4. The only thing I'd have changed was the ending. I would have had Sisko storm in and say "Quark, the Bajoran government and I have decided to accept your petition and grant you political asylum!" and tie things up in more legal knots than Brunt would want to deal with, thus cheesing him off royally. And then have Odo strong-arm Brunt saying, "I would not hesitate to throw you in jail again, you know." That would have been the best ending, imo.

4. I respect how they tried to walk the tightrope of "We want Bashir to do it, but we want him to learn from this experience too," but I have mixed feelings about the actual execution of it. I like Dax's reality check to him though. Nicely delivered. I was kept guessing as to what was Trevean's deal too. I though maybe he was a Founder who was supposed to keep tabs on the population. I also thought Sarrazin looked a little like Christopher Walken meets Christopher Lloyd. lol Pretty good episode.

4. An interesting concept. I did appreciate how the Jem'Hadar were loyal enough to their Founders to destroy the renegades even though it meant denying themselves the chance to become the dominant part of the Dominion. The soldiers made that believable. I really wanted Sisko to give the First a statement about how except for General Order 4, the Death Penalty was abolished by Federation Law and was simply not exercised. Nice action scenes, and I like O'Brien's speech mocking the First's speech, "I'm alive, and I intend to stay that way!"

I think Yates smuggling for the Maquis was a little bit contrived. I don't think Yates would have let herself get that close to Sisko were she a Maquis smuggler. And Eddington being Maquis didn't work for me at all. Still, some good acting. 3.

4. I loved the bar brawl involving Bashir, O'Brien and Worf, even if they didn't actually show it. I love how they leave it to the imagination. Fairly good stuff, but not excellent-grade.

4. Loved everything except the ending. I don't know what I could have come up with, but I didn't like it as is.

Another 3. I wasn't buying Dukat's advances on Kira. Did not seem right. And Dukat becoming a rogue operative... also a disappointment.

3. A pretty predictable conclusion, with some creepy parallels to today's world. Still, I saw most of it coming, and it just wasn't that impressive.

5. I loved this James Bond homage of an episode. And you can tell the actors REALLY had fun with this one. They really brought their top stuff to this one. I even noticed that the guitar-driven Bond-like background music when Bashir and Garak were trying to get to the control room. Just a wonderful episode.

4. Good stuff, but I just didn't really care for the way the Sword corrupted Kor and Worf. Just seemed a little cheeseball for me.

Analog radio, meaning AM and FM. I work in it, after all.
Though, off-duty I don't listen to it as much as I used to.

The Ship
in Season 5

4. Kaitlin Hopkins... oh my stars. A Dominion invasion would almost be welcome if she were to oversee our occupied territory. lol. Holy hotness!!
What I didn't really get though, was why the Founder didn't try to find its own way out. They were in that ship for a long time... long enough to remain hidden during a regeneration cycle and get out as an insect or something. So that disappointed, but the humane aspect of the story was pretty cool. A Mexican standoff with a sad ending.
