  1. And all poisoned for you youbroughtheryouriker. I think you need a nickname too

Iocaine. I bet my life on it!!

    Classic movie reference.

No I don't think I need a nickname. YBHYR is the closest I really get to meriting one.

As for LVR, I daresay his cotton candy isn't the only thing that's blue.

(Sorry if that one's deemed inappropriate, but considering the other entries on this thread, I don't think so)

  2. Today I learned that when the fastest printer in the office stops printing, the people in sales and programming direction often don't have brains enough to check and see if it's just out of paper. I'm still getting a week's worth of playlogs coming out at me.... who knows how long it'll be until it gets to the stuff I sent to it only about a half hour ago!!! Sheesh!

  3. Daniels.

    I'M KIDDING!!!

Honestly, it's difficult to pick one. I really did like Trip because he was an everyman character that I could relate to, but they just did too many episodes that were Trip-centric that it was anti-thetical to his everyman character. How can he be an everyman type of guy if he's always having to do so much to save the day... and not in a Miles O'Brien type of way, though I think Miles just didn't know how incredible a person he was. Same problem with Archer... too many Archer-centered eps, too.

On the opposite side of the fence, you've got Hoshi and Travis, who were difficult to like cuz you never got to know anything about them, though they did a little more with Sato than Mayweather. Hoshi is the cutest one from Enterprise... I daresay cuter than the Orion girls who tried to take over the ship.

T'Pol was as wooden as the Trojan horse. Phlox was the Neelix of Enterprise. If you didn't like Neelix, you didn't like Phlox. Although the culturally embedded polygamy does make me wish I were Denobulan.

Malcolm and Shran were pretty cool overall, though I don't know if I'd call either my favorite.

Porthos and Chef were both referred to many many times, and though Porthos was an on screen character, it just seems like the joke was that they were constantly referred to in a Maris of "Frasier" kind of way.

I guess I don't really have a favorite character at all. So I said other.

  4. I just viewed it as another Star Trek poke at religion altogether. The episode itself wasn't all-bad, but I never cared for how complacent Chakotay was when the Voth tried declaring the crew's very existence a crime to their society. Just too stupid.

  5. That was one of my beefs with "Endgame." They gave no mind whatsoever to Chakotay and Torres, about how they would have been worried since in Starfleet's eyes, they hadn't repatriated back to the Federation, and there had been no legal proceedings regarding their activities as Maquis. Not even a mention about Janeway putting in a request for their pardons in any of the episodes before. It was a hole they never sewed up.

  6. Sorry gang. I've had a little trouble lighting the darn hibachi. I'll get right on the steaks as soon as--*BOOM*---- as soon as the Dept of ATF clears me to cook again. For some reason, they say me working a barbecue warrants the F side of their ATF jurisdiction. Meh, they just don't know a good steak when it blackens their tongue.

  7. I see I'm late for the "Welcome Home" party, but it's great to see you again Odie. And your boys are absolutely adorable!! Enjoy it now before the first hits the Terrible Twos!! hahahaha.

*big hugs to welcome you home*
