I remember this being one of my fav movies as a kid. The opening scene especially with the giant rolling dice and you find out that they're playing an rpg.

That would have to be my boy Iron Man.
Tony Stark makes you feel, he's a cool exec with a heart of steel.
But as Iron Man with jets ablaze he fights and fights with Repulsor Rays!

Morn, I want to hear him talk

I think the holiday originated from some religion or belief at one time, but by today standards whatever message they had is now forgotten through commericalism. (To a certain extent I believe this with christmas too.) But hey I was tricker treating like the rest of them, so I don't believe there's no harm. Also it is a time where I can wear my Star Trek uniform with out being ridiculed.

Vasquez Rocks really! Cool, maybe you can do a sequel ep for the Arena. Also just to let everyone know that's also where the Bad Us's threw the Good Us's off the cliff in Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey (The sequel to excellent adventure.)

On a pure engineering stance I would pick Scotty, his name was the miracle worker you can't go wrong with him on your ship.

I voted Wesley...that rainbow shirt that he wore just made it unanimous. But some one in VOy got on my nerves too...7 0f 9. Now she didn't annoy me on the level of Wesley, it was her smug attitude and arrogance. Also I use to know this posh girl in highschool that acted exactly like her (sans all the stuff about assimilation and the cat suit.) Remember how Seven some times said to Belanna, "You will fail." Well this girl did the same thing. It was always "You can't do that because..." or "there's no way you can..."
ARG!

I was going to watch this on halloween, but their showing an Evil Dead screening here in FL. MAybe I'll go watch both?

I've been colecting this book as well and it's a wet dream for me. This book rocks! Kurt Busiek and George Perez are at the top of their game. Also I'm glad my boy Iron Man isn't getting the short end of the stick in most of the confrontation. He has a nasty way of being pulped in these crossovers (ie: Infinity Gauntlet where he was decapitated, Secret Wars (Jim Rhodes) where he just didn't do much, Contest of the Champions II: gotta clobbered by X-force...I hate that team, Marvel vs Dc (Where he appeared but it basically only posed for a panel and that's it.) I'm glad Shellhead is getting some punches in Avengers JLA (remember no vs. it's a crossover not deathmatch 2000 as busiek mentioned.)

Sigh...
I can't believe this is going on this far.
Anyway if anyones interested in more fan films like New Voyages, you should check out these sites for other fan films. Like it was mentioned before, all these films are a labor of love and talent. Star Wars seems to be the reigning champ when it comes to fan films right now so you'll see a lot of those. Also Scifi held a contest not too long ago where George Lucas himself chose the best one....although I kind of question his taste because I that Wanobi was the best.

I laughed a lot during the films, but some parts just were plane wrong. One example was Darrel Hammonds role as the Catholic priest...the less said the better.
That bit about "Waking up Dead" and "The difference between Rats and Mice" had me rolling on the floor.

Gilligan's Planet - a group of tourists on a 3 hour tour of a solar system are stranded on an uninhabited planet with the shuttle pilot and Gilligan. My Three Android Sons - single father Noonien Soong does his best helping his three boys, Lore, Data and B4, reach sentience
Actually, I think there was a Gilligan's planet Cartoon done by filmation (same people who did Star Trek TAS.) They like built a rocket ship (out of coconuts and bamboo I assume) on the island and it went off course and crash landed on a planet. I remember watching it a lot as a kid.

Wasn't their a Nebula Class that was transporting Dukat (as a POW) and Sisko in "Waltz?" Also I thought I saw an intrepid class ship in "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges." I think it was used to transport Bashir to Romulus.

Writer, Producer and Director like the great Orson Welles, Sam Raimi, Ed Wood (except with out the history with alcohol.) Hopefully I'll be able to achieve this soon after school.

That's an interesting idea. How about Riker's new ship having some minor characters from TNG promoted to senior positions?Characters like Sonya Gomez,Sam Lavelle,or B.G. Robinson?Sonya Gomez was the girl in engineering who thanked replicators...and then later spilled her drink all over picard. I think it was in Q who...I could be wrong.
Lavelle was the guy in lower decks. The one competing for the ops position with sito jaxa. Also he was roomies with Tarick.
BG Robinson was played by Teri Hatcher in the Outrageous Okona.
I'd personally to see either Mendon or Mordock. We never see enough Benzites, I want to dive in their culture.

Incredible job so far, I've been a great admirer of fan films and this one looks like great concept. There aren't enough Trek fan films out their and I'm glad some people are putting their time and money to produce one. (The other few I can mention is Starship Exeter, Hidden Frontier and Sam Tollesans Star Wreck...which was more of a parody.)
Speaking of which, have you gotten in contact with The Starship Exeter people? You guys probably could pool your resources and create a wide variety of episodes? Also it's nice to see you guys using actual sets. The entire acting in front of a green screen gets kind of old (ala Hidden Frontier...but I still admire their exterior ship shots and their hard work.) Good luck to you guys in gettin and episode up, even though paramount could legally sue you I don't think they will. Lucas didn't sue the guys who made Troops, and Marvel didn't sue Dan Poole for "Spider Man: The Green Goblins Last Stand." And I know that the latter was sold for some money (I bought one.) So good luck and good journey.
....also one small criticism, Kirk's hair looks like Elvis. I don't know if that's the look you're going for, but I can't help but think "Bubba Trek."
(If that last joke made no sense to some go to http://www.bubbahotep.com and find out what I'm talking about.)

Evil Dead....Hail to the King Baby! Bruce Campbell is my fav actor. Can't wait until Bubba Hotep becomes available in my theater or on dvd.

Date Klingon Women? Of course, they have wonderful muscles.

I use to play this game nonstop. I had to put it up and abstain from playing it (so I don't get addicted to it.) I put in a couple of codes and now it's stuck on riot mode. People come up to me and start beating me up. I counter this by putting a whole bunch of groupies (using the groupie code) to protect me.

Striker? Striker?
WHAP!
Jack Striker?
I loved the Airplane movies. The 2nd one has a special place in my heart since Shatner was in it.

Hey all I've been gone a while. I missed this board while I was gone. Just to let you know I live in Florida and attending film school. Anyone here live in Winter Park? Because that's where I live now. Once again I really missed you all and hope to catch up on some posting.

The Excelsior, a nice dependable vessel that last long. It's a sunglasses holder short of being a perfect vessel.

I missed my first episode of ent last week. Tried taping it , but a basket ball game was on. Also missed the encore. Other than that I don't watch tv anymore. Since I'm back in school I don't have time, also don't have cable anymore and the majority of the shows I use to watch was on cable.
