I never thought of that, but it's true, Prometheus! IF they had a tiny little scratch on them, and it was always gone by the next episode (or scene for that matter). Also, TNG had more people die than VOY, I think, and they were in safe federation space half the time...I don't think I'd be happy-smilie-face if members of the crew died, but I think I'd have been happy-understanding if they had. (I don't handle death too well, though. I was even sad when Seska died and man did she annoy me)

I never thought they were weak at all. In fact they;re my second favourite crew of ST. But there is SOMETHING different about VOY from TNG and DS9 and I don't mean just visual quality. Something subtle seems to be...missing...

If I remember correctly, Janeway was completely against the space folding technology BECAUSE of the PD, and Blanna and Seska had to steal the technology, although Tuvok ended up helping...
Besides, it must have been hard to resist when your that far away, but I think, more likely, it was hard for another reason(s)...YOY was on the other side of the galaxy. They could never get help from starfleet or advice, or resourses or anything!
Picard also broke the PD, as did Sisko, and they don't get tortured, they are admired!

I thought that, considering most goody goody characters arent' that interesting, she did a very good job.
No comment on the sexyness. I'm a female. I'll stuck with my Data
(sorry bout that
)

I can;t stand 7 and the Doctor (NO OFFENSE, IT'S IMO!!! But I HATE him
sorry
)
I like Janeway, Harry, Tuvok, and B'Lanna (sometimes Tom, but not often enough for FAV character status), but I voted Janeway.

I think it had to do with the fact that he was one of my favourite VOY characters (as soon as I found out he played saxophone, it was sealed!). They never get promoted. It's part of the curse (the other part being that they DIE! Beware Harry!!)
ok, seriously (I was serious before, too!), I think that there were too many other things going on. He was young (VOY WAS his first mission, after all), and some MIGHT say (me not included) that he wasn't a stand-out member of the crew...

I don't think I could ever see Voyager settling on a planet. There would be no purpose, no mission to strive for. The only reason they got back so early is because of the transwarp hub.I dont think they should have settled either. That would have taken away the entire point! The WHOLE show they strive against all odds to get home and then "hmm, lets rest on a planet""ok." the end. YA RIGHT! ok, done...
Still, I didn't like End Game, though. I mean, what about all those people VOY might have had an efect on in those extra years? Just erase that? Not to mention that it's going COMPLETELY against the PD, but it's WRONG and UNFAIR! I thought the episode was good, and the very ENDING (disregarding how they got there) was also good. But I don;t think that even a future Janeway would have done that, and I didn't like what is stood for, so I wasn't happy with that episode.
In answer to you're question, Prometheus, I think it would have been interesting for a future generation of Vogagers, though...
Voygagers? lol! silly me...

I'd have to say, and i THINK in this order: Janeway, Tuvok, Harry, B'Lanna....(or something. THose 4 in some order, anyways, and Janeway 1st, though...I think...)
-
Well, the whole films were, in a way, about r2 and 3PO...but I think putting Chewie in the 3rd movie is pushing it...
-
wow. thank god...
-
I think it was to really separate him from everyone else. Give him something he couldn't do, and to strive towards (as everyone knows he pretty much had emotions
Ok, don't want to start another argument here, just pointing out that they needed something other than that)

CONGRATS!!! -
Way to go Xenxian! -

Good luck VBG. I hope it's ok. I would have posted on this thread earlier to say so, but I never came across it.

I was talking about both of you!! You can't back out of this!

The sisters and I would either live on Data Way or Soong Street. How about a street called Shuttle Bay.Having Trek parties during marathons would be great - or just having Trek parties any time!!
The local convenience store could be called Ferengi Shop and Save and we could go to get some fast food at The Replicator. The bus stops could be numbered Transporter 1, Transporter 2, etc.
sure, sounds good

Mines dsbs b/c Data Soong Brent Spiner (then AFTER I realised that DS was also my initials. Well I knew my initials already, lol, but it didn't click till later...but had D...S...Brent Spiner works too!!
)
By the way, I love your site, TanK!

I remember exactly what I was doing - running around the gym. All of a sudden, the teacher put on the radio, but I didn't really hear anything (I mean, I heard it, but it didn't register). Everyone started acting weird, and the whole atmosphere was...well, pretty creepy. I had no clue what was going on, though. It was about 2 secs away from next period, though, so I went to my next class, where, after about 10-15 minutes, there was an announcement explain the radio, and THEN I figured out what the radio had been saying (if that makes sense...?)

I second that!
Nice to see you again, Data. I haven't in a while!

Im a coke person. I don't like Pepsi for two reasons. a) it doesn't taste good, and
despite this, they're ALWAYS making fun of coke in their commercials "we're good. Coke's bad" I mean, what kind of company has to put down others to get people to drink their stuff?? (I'm sorry, I forgot - "dissing" people is "in") I've boycotted KFC for the same reason (making fun of Wendy's) but it's unfourtunate because I DID like KFC.
Update of Uniforms
in Star Trek: Voyager
Posted
That's what I thought.
Or maybe it's because they didn;t like the new uniforms. Too depressing. And the VOY crew had enoough reason to be depressed.
