LEGIT e-mail contact addy for sponsor! IMPORTANT!

Recommended Posts

IBM was ENT's sponsor this week. This e-mail address takes you to the contact page. Click "e-mail ibm" in the middle of the page. You will get an e-mail submission form with a space for a message, unlike Ford Vehicles that only provided a mailing address. Folks, do this right now. It will take 30 seconds of your time. Just a brief message thanking them for sponsoring the show. This will get their attention. Let's all do it. Sponsors hearing from fans is a GOOD THING. Pick "other" as the category in the drop down box at the bottom of your message. I just did it. It confirms the message has been sent.

i'm pinning this thread, it will be our place to do our grass-roots campaign to ensure Enterprise stays on air. The Sponser may not be the same each week, we will get the sponser for each week if we can.

Good Job to MoulinRouge for getting the information for the last two weeks.

ANOTHER ONE!! I found another one!!! B)

McDonald's sponsored both the Sept. 10 and Sept. 17 episodes. Here is a page with an e-mail submission. Just a brief note thanking them, blah blah blah, I will be more inclined to visit McDonalds in the future. Thank you, etc. etc. etc, I appreciate it so much because I don't feel that UPN is marketing the series properly and we are trying to make them aware that there is a growing audience for this series--something like that phrased in a polite manner will catch their eye.

Folks, some of the people I've talked to have received replies from IBM and a few from McDonalds. This is worth it. We should keep it, especially the international folks. That someone from overseas would go to the trouble to correspond with a sponsor so that a television program might be shown overseas in the future is most impressive. B)

Here it is. Just scroll down to the form

http://www.mcdonalds.com/countries/usa/cor...eting_form.html

Again, thank you! UPN is stupid. Mind numbingly stupid. We must make them aware. The WB moved "Angel" around and renewed it for another season when it's ratings were even lower than ENT's. Of course, who knows if UPN is as bright as the WB suits  but I'd rather try. E-mailing the sponsors has to make someone in a suit and tie sit up and take notice. The numbers held steady from the premiere to the second episode. Hopefully with the overwhelmingly positive response to "Anamoly" they will tick up next week. That's what happened last year. Carbon Creek got positive response, then the numbers ticked up for Minefield, further for Dead Stop, and even further for A Night in Sickbay because ratings really tend to mirror the satisfaction with what aired the week before as a rule. Then........after ANIS and Marauders they dipped precipitously. As if I need another reason to hate ANIS. B) Take heart. While ENT's numbers stayed almost identical, the ratings for Jake 2.0 dropped twenty one percent from their premiere to its second episode. Ouch. Straight and steady doesn't sound so bad after reading that. There is an audience for ENT. It's there.

Good job, everybody!! B) Yes, I'm talking to other folks who have received replies, especially from McDonald's. The replies from McDonald's haven't all been the same either. Someone is reading! B) Keep it up. If you haven't e-mailed mcD's to thank them for sponsoring 9/10 and 9/17 episodes, do it now!! The final ratings numbers for Anamoly showed an increase of 220,000 viewers. It's working. Jake 2.0's numbers dropped 21 percent from week one to week two. I'd say there's a core audience out there for ENT folks.

I may not be able to get on-line until Friday with a sponsor's e-mail addy so don't think I'm gone. Real life is impeding this week. If anyone else can find one, post it here by all means. Please.

Guest bella

Well, I sent an email to McDonald's but it was tricky as I'm in the UK and the form couldn't cope with UK post codes, phone numbers etc. I had to put in fictitious ones, but I did explain why in my message.

I hope that doesn't discredit what I had to say. Perhaps it just showed my determination?!

Of course it showed your determination, Bella. thank you. Hearing from international people is VERY impressive to sponsors. Well, the overnight ratings (not the final ratings, those are published later) ticked up a little according to Media week. That is good. That is VERY good. Better than going down. I can't stay on-line long because my #@$%^$!*&^ browser at home is on the blink and so I am on the public library's borrowed time. Needless to say, I don't have time to search for sponsors' e-mail addys this week. Hopefully next week. Maybe not. This week's sponsors were Chile's, Nextel, Ford, VISA and that's all I can remember. Nothing is keeping anyone else from searching on-line for an e-mail addy. I only have a half hour access.

REMEMBER. IT IS VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU WRITE SNAIL MAIL LETTERS TELLING THEM THAT YOU WATCHED NEXT WEEK'S EPISODE. SMALLVILLE PREMIERES NEXT WEEK. I WILL REPOST THE SNAIL MAIL ADDYS TOMORROW.

E-mail addresses here! I've checked them all out. There is a form on which to write on them. The ratings remained steady for Extinction, so the more the sponsors know we are watching, the better. The "youth" demographic went up slightly, which is good news. These sponsors are noticing. My friends over at the Trip board are getting reply after reply after reply and they aren't all form replies, either. It's working. Now there's a great many addys here. This might take between 5 and 10 minutes. Is ENT worth it? I think so.

Do you want ENT to stay on the air? It's up to you. :dude:

For the September 17 episode (please note the date of the episode in your e-mails)

I'll keep an eye out for tonight's sponsors. A lot of the sponsors are repeating now but I'll try to find e-mail addys with response forms for anyone different. Yes, I've received responses that aren't automated as well. Keep it up. We have to let these companies know that we are watching. It's good that the ratings ticked up last week but 4.52 million viewers (according to UPN's highly suspect Nielsens) still aren't enough. We must still be vigilant. ;) Verizon did some print ads for ENT this week. That is very encouraging. They wouldn't do that if someone hadn't made them aware that ENT has an audience. :b-day:
