Hello Star Trek fans, I don't know if I've introduced before but my name is Cara, I am 16, and I come from England. I am a fan of The Next Generation but I am fond of The Original Series too. Ehm.... *buying books online is not his field, although getting books via other ways is... (I have like 450+ now, lost count...)*

 

I imagine you could buy them from any website that has a good selection of books... For good prices seems more favourable... :blink:

 

Other good guides are: Star Trek Chronology

The Klingon Dictionary

Star Trek: The Next Generation Technical Manual

 

And there's a couple others... :( Simply searching through internet guides are just as helpful too though... (I still recommend the encyclopedia... hehe, although it's not updated with new ENT or ST Nemesis information..)

 

Going on to StarTrek.com is a nice way to look up things, and I find this site helpful too... Ex Astris Scientia.

I've always liked the song : Star Trekkin'

I used to dance to it at childrens discos when i was on holiday. I guessed it was something to do with space, and i heard a few people talking about kirk and spock. I never understood them for years.

 

When I visited my auntie's house years ago my cousin had Star Trek TNG on and I decided to watch it whilst my mum was talking. When I had to go i was like :o .

 

So I found Trekkieguy.com and he recommended Star Trek.com. I've bought the

first season tng on video;

the tng companion;

the first contact, the motion picture and nemesis dvd;

2 magazines;

A few posters;

A page of Klingonese ;

And a bit of knowledge of TNG.

 

I am going to my first convention in London next year as my cousin agreed to take me :P :) :( .
