Going to the beach today on my inline skates,i need to get some exercise :blink: i have been to lazy the last few weeks but thats because of Mandy who is always on my mind so i couldnt be bothered,yesterday was kinda cool when we went to see her,she was making baby sounds and blowing little bubbles,now all she has is a drip in her arm the rest of the tubes and stuff have been removed so its possible to hold her in my arms,i was shaking cuz she is so small i am frightened i will break her :blush 2: just 8 days and she can come home

Thats it really just doing a few posts and checking some stuff at SWF then i am off skating..The Hang is...feeling kinda proud

To tell the truth its h.ell Kor,the nurse told us last week that Mandy crys a lot at night and keeps them busy,well i would take a thousand sleepless nights if i could bring her home today ..but *fingers crossed* she will be layed in my arms at home this time next week

Just came online for a bit before me and deb go see mandy at the hospital ...just put a new family doll's in my siggy which Angel of Darkness made for us :kisss: updating something at SWF (SW Books) and chatting a little,i feel like crap most be the weather,one day its in the 80's next day its down in the 50's :) ..thats it really just chillin out.....The Hang...needs the power :P

I just got back from the hospital with debbie,we was hoping to bring Mandy home today but the Dr's want to keep till monday while they run some tests ..i dont know if i am mad or sad but my little girl is not a labratory test subject,sorry i am just disappointed,i couldnt sleep much last night cuz i was so looking forward to taking her home today :)

Debbie has gone to her moms to pick up some baby clothes and i am blasting some very hard techno out my stereo..lol

Yeah I know it's sick but when I had to go in hostpital with my knee I was screaming with pain with my knee but when they injected me with something I felt nothing. When they put the drips in each arm I went really quiet and lay there watching it.

Hehe i knew what you ment...i dont mind them myself but when you see some young guy jabbing needles in your little girl i kinda get this thing where my arm pulls back ready to land a right hook on his nose :) then jab the needle in him where the sun dont shine but debbie always seems to see it coming and push'es me away

I am sat at my computer and just 6 feet away is my little princess she is sleeping right now and debbie is giggling at me cuz i am trying to type really softly so i dont wake her up B) ...we brought her home a few hrs ago and after the 20 visitors or so we had me and debbie are just sitting and watching her sleep *Melts*...you know whats really strange,i never would have belived that i could create something so beautiful,i can just sit here for hrs watching her little nose wiggle like a rabbits :blush 2: ...i so wanna pick her up but then i know i will feel guilty if she wakes up :) but i keep wishing she would wake up so i can pick her up,i know hopeless but this little lady turns her dad into mush...and i like it :) ....The Hang..is on top of the world.

Here's a note to share, if you have another child after Mandy, you won't be able to "silence" the noise level on Mandy so easily, especially if she is under age 5. They seem to forget no matter how many times you say "shhhhhhhhh, please be quiet"!!

 

Also, how much noise was in the unit she was in at the hospital? Lots of things making noise there, if I remember correctly from when my little was in PICU.

 

 

 

Not trying to get you thwacked B) Hang, really!!! Just saying natural life noises shouldn't be dulled, the baby is used to them already from being inside Deb!! :)

I'm really happy for you three, Dan; she's definitely adorable. I know you're ecstatic that she's home safe and sound. Enjoy this precious time as much as you can. It won't seem too long before younger Hang's are coming to your door asking to take Mandy out. :wink2:
