  1. ENTERPRISE, because it is the one currently showing new episodes.

Good reason, AE. That is one of the reason that I do not watch TNG much anymore. I have seen every episode too many times. There are only a few that I do not mind watching.

  2. As a long -time fan of Monty Python, I thought it would be fun to start a discussion of their TV show and movies. I know of members who are Python fans so far (including myself). Are there any more out there?

My fave movie is 'The Life of Brian" (DUH), fave song, "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life (DUH again), fave sketch, (besides the dead parrot), "The Cheese Shop".

What are some of your favorite Monty Python bits, sketches, songs, movies, etc.?

Hey, Life of Brian has to be the funniest movie I ever saw. When "Allways Look on the Bright Side of Life" started, I could not believe it. It was a blast. That is my favorite movie for Christmas or Easter.

  3. When Data was with the Borg Queen, his emotion chip was functioning. Since Data was a fully functional male android with emotions, the event with the Borg Queen was a first. The incident with Tasha was under the influence and Data did not have emotions. It did not overpower him as much.

  4. At the time it wouldn't have affected him at all but who knows how the installation of the emotion chip changed Data's perception of his memories.  There is no way Data would have forgotten - he wasn't under the influence when she made the comments and he would still have a memory record of the tryst.  It was obvious that he had not forgotten from his mentioning the encounter at the hearing in The Measure of a Man.

From what I gathered in the hearing, Data had only fond memories of Tasha.

As for the implant of the emotion chip. When it was first activated, it overloaded. Data could not handle the emotions. It is very possible that the incident did affect him at the time of the activation of the emotion chip. By First Contact, Data was able to just turn the chip off. I think Data must have had so many other memories that the Tasha incident was like a blink of the eye.
