the borg get to the 5th dimension by means of traveling to "critical velocity" then they activate the "trnswarp coils" which do something complicated and techno-y then they there in the 5th dimensionso i quess you could say:

and for the record starship windows are made of transparent aluminum not glass it ould take about 2 feet of glass to withstand the artificial gravity/atmosphere

naw the other voyager wasn't evil and thnx but i have seen almost every episode... I am voyager fan it's the reason I started liking trek and the only reason I still do!

i have 2 comments:

1: if you have read the story "home coming" a 2 part voyager book. you wo8uld know that there is a story for a movie in there... once backon earth people start gaining borg assimilation like symptoms just super slowwly (this is the queens "virus-stye" nanoprobe assimilation) the oyager crew falls under suspicion... 7 of 9 and Echieb are taken into custody and its up to tom paris, janeway, and tuvok to rescue them! (in the book there is an almost side plot where the doctor accidentally starts a holographic revolution and gets taking into custody but they could leave that out) The whole thing ends with the crew discovering that section 31's head was secretly using a mark I EMH (ethical subroutines not withstanding) to make her the new borg queen

Here's a list of plots they could use in a future story:

1. Beta Quadrant Hirogen didn't get the Holo-deck technology, so they'd make for good villians, but wouldn't give reason for the crew to re-unite.

2. The Borg Collective has survived the "virus" infection from Admiral Janeway and are back with a vengence. It's been discovered that Earth is a year into a viral-assimilation that the Queen told Seven about in "Dark Frontier".

3. Species 8472 is launching an attack on the Federation, the peace talks between the 8472's in "In the Flesh" and their supperiors failed.

problems:

1: the hirogens wouldn't be able to get here remember there still 70 years away

2:hey YOU stole this idea!

3:again the travel distance.. but assuming that fluidic space allows for faster travel janeway still knows that borg nanoprbes would wipe them out and that would be to much CG work for one movie...

so mabe the ship is in the delta quadrant for another reason mabe they were testing a slipstream drive and it left them there! I don't care... and the ship would be the same just a new name *doesn't scratch head* besides it doesn't matter how its possible it just would make an awsome episode I luv the mirror universe!

I think that it would kinda suck to be a Q ya a first fun fun fun but later....

its like cheating in a video game its just no fun

i believe engine wise that a nuclear or "consumable" fuel is pretty unwise

a nuclear ship could explode and a consumable fuel would take up 2 much space

I wait for an efficent solor/plasma engine or some sort of "impulse engine" capable of at least 1/2 c

I designed my own ship it called the USS Eternal vigilance it is basically intrepid class (voyager) with fixed nacelles and a saucer more like that of a enterprise-D (obviously smaller though) and it would have its bridge in the middle of the saucer not up top where aliens can shoot and kill us all in one blow

i said maqai-style not them in true form and they wouldn't build "voyager" the intrepid class ship the would build "destructor" a hunt and destroy ship built to hunt down the maqui-STYLE rebels

ok there is this thing called a "electro-magnetic phased pulse weapon"

it is basicaly a long range taser it ionizes a stream of air between a person and the weapon cause a certain voltage of shock

I would have loved mirror variants of voy crew

and there is a "starfleet" its just called "the terran empire"

and there would still be a maqui-style group that voyager (decimator) got stranded with...

I just think that ent is really messes up every thing is better then tos but it is sposed to be from before tos... and i can't stand captain archers "thinking" face when ever he has o make a difficult decision he wrinkles up his nose and asks travis, tupal, or (engineering guy? my brain ran away for the momoment) a question...

I understand why a show should make you think but not like this.......

and I am sorry the austrailians cannot ust make thier own TV shows

i have so far read 2 books:

Dark mirror and The Preservers

both involve the mirror universe as described in mirror mirror (TOS) and that is the only mirror universe i liked and i wish that there could have been at least one episode!!!

but any way tlhis isnt't about whether there should be one or not I am asking what you think of my episode idea?

I think enterprise is lame the first series lacked substance and now the they are hunting this weapon the episodes are off subject half the time dragged out and lots copy voyager voy= epi "one" Ent= flox in the expanse alone

any way we just need to blow up the damn weapon then move on to:

Star Trek The 29th Century

an epic tale catouloging the adventures of the federation time ship relativity

any better new series ideas are welcome but i say DOWN WITH ENT

the borg would assimilate a baby because it only takes months to get it to maturity in a maturation chamber and the borg do not reproduce technologically or otherwise they just assimilate and in dire cases they clone a life form aka if a cube needed more drones to assimilate a planet and no other cubes were trans warp range & they felt that it was more profitable to gather the resources of the species and the species to be assimilated had a means of escape (man thats a lot of ands)
