I have seen the dvd with Denise crosby about the fans of Star Trek, TREKKIES.

it is a very funny dvd, with a lot of interviews with the cast of TOS and TNG (Kirk, Spock, Mc Coy, Data, Riker,...), but the best scene for me was when Denise showed to the camera her collection of gifts from her fans, in which there was also a series of white-and-black drawings about the episode in which Data made sex with her- they are both naked! It has been always my secret dream since I am a fan of Brent!

Yesterday I have found a beautiful videoclip on youtube with Data.

There are the images of Data as a scientist with a funny music in background!

I am a teacher of German language.

Although I could teach English too, I think that my English isn't very good.

But in fact I continue to learn another languages, such as French and Spanish, because they are similar to my mothertongue, Italian.

Considering the fact that the Voyager EMH became the full-time doctor, you would think that they would have created a back-up program in the event of something happening to the original program.

Just a thought....

but I remember that there was an episode in which the program of the doctor was instable and he tried to search help from an hologram of his creator, who helped him. But I think that the doctor was unique in his genre, therefore he was similar to an individual - a story similar to that of Data - therefore there is no backup of his programme. :P

all i have to say is he killed himself in neminsis.

he didn't kill himself. He sacrified his life in order to save the enterprise. It is different. But I think that he was so friend to picard that he couldn't see him die.

I would say "Descent part 1 and 2" , because Brent played very well Data and Lore at the same time very well.

I don't think it would have worked at all. If the captain of a starship had a relationship with one of his crew, it would influence his decisions somewhat. We saw that when Picard tried doing that. It never works.

You are right and I think that picard is too cold to love a woman decently.

Data's story is the essence of TNG.

Only now Brent realizes that he must live forever with his best character.

I voted for cardassians, because they didn't appear in any movie before and they have a complex empire similarly to romulans.

the other two are too boring

I prefer the last season of enterprise. The first three were too boring for me. And I think that it would be better to go in the future, not to play the past.

What I love is how many characters Spiner acually plays I mean Soong, lore, data, and then b4... He's an amazing actor... with a big mouth... But I prefer Spiner as Data just for the simple fact that everyone can at some point relate to some struggle with me I have always struggled with emotions comes with the way I grew up so to see Data struggle to understand his emotions I could kinda feel like hey I'm not alone but thats just me Spiner is just better as Data.. Lore is to evil and Soong is a crack pot old fool and B4 is just such an innocent young character with Data you get to see him evolve and thats what good acting is thats what makes a good character

Brent played in fact a lot of characters; one of my favourites is his performance in OUT TO SEA, a movie with Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon. He is a strange director of cruise, but he is very funny!!!

I have seen Brent in his brilliant performance in New York in the DVD My favourite love songs.

He was very funny : he songed and danced with another singer.

there are a lot of scientists, there are a lot of researches, and i think that it is our future. However, if they don't think about the medical sector, it is principally due to the too many wars on this planet. It is incredible to read every day the news about Iraq and so on.

Current technology couldn't take us there, even if we could make a ship that could last indefinatly it'd take us hundreds of years..

Which is why we need a Warp Ship NOW! :)

Have you considered switching to DVD? DVD players are dirt cheap these days and savings in shelf space verses VHS is fantastic.

 

I recently got a DVD-R and have been transferring our home videos, what used to fit on 20 VHS's now fits on 10 disks.

But there is no doubt: the Enterprise can destroy all the other ships, how i can see every day while I'm playing with one of my great collection of Star Trek videogames.
