First, I don't see how AIDS has anything to do with this.
Second, the single-sexed race (yes, there was an episode on it) is completely different. I'm sorry, not meaning to be insulting or anything here, but have you taken a biology or anatomy class lately??? Two males Abolutely Cannot reproduce by themselves, AIDS or no AIDS!!!

What?????????
How would AIDS allow human males to procreate!?!?!?
Also, aout the genetic thing - genes aren't always favorable, for instance, Cystic Fibrosis is a Dominant Trait but it is a deadly genetic disease!!! Genes aren't always a step "forward" in evolution.

Maybe, I want to go, but I'm not sure the dates and the funds will work out. Las Vegas is an expensive place to go to and stay at.
If I can make it, I will try to go. Even though I have already seen the Star Trek Experience.

I agree that same-sex marriages should be legal.
I don't know the details of the ruling but will it open the way for polygamy too? It seems to me if a significant number of men opt for same sex marriages (and I believe there are more gay men than lesbians) that heterosexual women will need to double up. Don't think I'm a proponant - I'm just doing the math.TheUnicornHunter, last I heard, the total homosexual population was somewhere around 1-2%! (Just do a search for something like "census homosexual") That is not a signifigant amount of the population to require polygamy to become neccessary.

I think whether aliens exist is whether life is commonplace - or just a happenstance. I tend to believe life is not uncommon. If aliens did exist, they probably have observed us, but I don't believe any conspiricies or that aliens crash landed. Not that aliens haven't visited us, but that I think we wouldn't have a clue if they did.

I ususally eat bacon with eggs in some combination - with sausage, in an egg-muffin or with hash-browns or even in a burrito! Yum

I think Space Tourisim is a great idea! It would generate revenue, as well as getting people involved. I would probably go for 15,000, that is pretty cheap considering what we have now!

Wow, at this rate, we'll have 100,000 in no time at all!!! -

I also always knew Iraq and Al-Qaeda were associated. Also, France and Russia had big - millions of dollars - Oil contracts with Iraq. Also, France and Russia have been selling weapons to Iraq. It is appaling that they would do this. But, then again, "money makes the world go round".

Politics is never perfect. It is still better than something like a dictatorship. Your congress problems sound like politicians are back to their old games. Think of politicians as life-forms trying to survive. They have to get votes to survive and they will do whatever they can to get them. I'm not saying all politicians are like this, or that this is all they are - just that this is a big part of all politics.

COOOOOOOOL!!!!!!!!!
Where did you get those???

Oh, sorry, I must have misinterpreted your post.
Also, about a part of your human existence not existing, couln't you argue that a comperter implant, that say, allowed you to instantly access a dictionary - isn't that just like accessing a high-speed computer now? Haven't our computers now almost become an extention of ourselves?

I think there is a distinction we need to make between Borg, and a cybernetic organisim. We can be cybernetic, but not like the Borg, who try to rule the Universe.

It is in the mail
(Of course it might take a few hundred years to reach you)
You're not by any chance mailing it sub-light?!?! The GPS (Galactic Postal Service), while more expensive, is a lot faster! They have an optional same-day transwarp rush offer*, but the regular offer is probably fast enough, given the expense of the rush offer.
*Not available in Borg-inhabited areas. Extra charges may apply in militant territories. Galactic Standard day equivalent to approxamately 137 earth-hours. Relativistic effects may appy during sub-light travels. Interference by Q or other powerful entities cannot be protected against. GPS is not liable for damaged, lost, warped, transformed, or in any other way damaged mail. All rights reserved.

Watch out everyone, the day of the neural interface and computer chips implants are closer then we think. You know, at this rate Earthers may actually evolve into the Borg. Wouldn't that be ironic?Well, it depends. Just because we can interface with machines doesn't mean we will become the Borg!

(looking through a telescope)hmm...that looks a lot like the U.S.S. Enterprise-D from a 1980's+ series called Star Trek...Could it really be??? Nah. -

My screen name is a bit of a long story - but to make it short, there is this species called the Xenophons (the word roots actually work out to foreign-sounds. They are supposed to have a very unusual dialect) and Xeroc (pronounced like zer-ock) was supposed to be a common name among them. It is the same name I used at ST.com. You might find a few of my posts still in their SciTech Board.

Yes, some frogs and other amphibians can do that, but, last time I checked, there is NO evidence of that happening in humans.
