What is OZ?

OZ is a drama on HBO(on cable which you don't have), it is about prison life.

Prison life? :) How depressing! So, what's the premise? Is it some innocent man who went to prison and is touching the lives of the "bad people" inside or something?

I watched it for a while, and it's very violent :)

The only thing that I regret is the opportunities lost when I was young. I was very shy :)

If I met myself when I was young...I swift kick up the Bum would be sufficient.

Ingredients

175g(6 oz) boned chicken breasts pated dry and cut into strips.

salt.

Freshly ground black pepper.

4 tablespoons cooking oil.

1 red, and green pepper cored and seeded and cut in thin strips.

1 red, and green chilli seeded and finely chopped.

50g(2 oz) pine nuts

1 clove garlic peeled and finely chopped.

4 table spoons dry white wine.

2 table spoons lemon juice.

3 table spoons oyster sauce.

2 tea spoons caster sugar.

1 tea spoon of chilli sauce ( or to taste )

4 table spoons of light soy sauce

1 table spoon cornflower

2 spring onions finely chopped to garnish.

Method

1 sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and cook over high heat with 2 table spoons of oil for 5 minutes or until tender, remove and reserve.

2 heat remaining oil in wok and stir fry peppers for 2 mins until just cooked remove and reserve.

3 cook chillies, pinenuts and garlic over medium heat for 1 min drain off excess fat, and then add white wine, lemon juice, oyster sauce, caster sugar, and chlli sauce. cook stirring frequently for 1 min.

4 blend soy sauce and corn flour together and add to chilli mixture, bring to boil then add chicken and peppers, cover and cook over a medium heat until chicken is warmed through.

5 serve and garnish with spring onion.

I hope I haven't missed anything.

its the chilli sauce that provides the heat the more the hotter !

I thought Voyager was dying until Seven came into it. :) And the episodes with her and the Doc were hilarious.

I'm just going to throw a spanner in here for a bit of fun. :)

I once read a book, about someone travelling back in time, and in doing so created a hole (vortex) in this time, and continuum. So other things close to the hole got dragged in, and thus made the vortex bigger. And you can imagine what happened. :)

I just thought it was a little rushed, it's as though they couldn't wait to wrap it up because they had something else in the pipeline. I think it should have been a 3, or 4 episode final.

And what a shock...Seven, and Chakotay....never... Like cheese, and chalk. :)

I myself would hide, and watch from a distance. Trying to figure out what their intentions were.

I got up around 3.30 am, and I saw something in the sky to the east over the sea. I went outside to have a better look, and I thought it might have been either Venus, or Jupiter. Then I thought " Hey ! since when has Venus, or Jupiter been as big as a tennis ball".  B). I went out again after about ten minutes, and it was gone.  B)

Do you live near a major airport? Distant planes flying towards your direction with landing lights on can cause that effect.

No I don't live near the airport, and the light wasn't blinking. It was stationary, and I think that's why I went inside, I got bored.
