Spock. I'd want my first officer to be really well-informed in the sciences. Let's face it, Janeway knows a good deal more than Chakotay in that area but doesn't have time to be science officer and captain.

I couldn't wait to give her a bath, Odie.
She'd been home for about 2 weeks and we had to wait for the spaying scar to heal. Plus, my mom does brush her most nights. Don't know if she'll take her to a groomer till Sept., tho, as she really wants to grow that hair out
Funny you mention watchdog, tho. My last dog, Sophie, was a Yorkie too. She barked at everything. Not Mitzi. Thunder, doorbell, fireworks, cars -- she says nothing. But she does hear when I call so I don't think it's a hearing problem. She just doesn't seem to mind the loud noises.
Lucky for you Astro loves the kissing and hugging. What lovely little affectionate dogs.

We have a lot too. Many of the buildings now.
Seems like it's becoming more and more commonplace and, perhaps, a necessity in large cities.
Is that your new doggy in your avatar?
Yorkie!!!
Thanks, guys. Yep, that's Mitzi. We got her 2 weeks ago this Friday. She comes from the Humane Society & is 13 mos. old. She was paper & crate trained but we're working on the house breaking.
The people who had her before us were apparently very loving (b/c all she wants to do is kiss & cuddle) but they cut her hair something awful. My mother is trying to let it grow in and long as a Yorkie's should -- therefore, if you look at this video and see big ears (I call her Dumbo)
be kind. We're hoping the hair will help cover them, hehehe. Look at your little Astro, Odi. What a cutie.

I do envy you. And worship the ground that you walk on.

Captain's are invariably married to their ships. I don't think it would've worked well.

Star Rose, your English looks pretty darn good to me.
I do the same thing as youbroughtheryouRiker (but in sports radio).

Granted, but now all the shows you like are on while you're asleep.
I wish I could find inexpensive airline tickets to the Vegas con without searching all over the 'Net.

Granted, but you get your significant other's name tattooed on you and the tattoo artist spells it wrong.
I wish I didn't get itchy when I'm stressed.

I guess I'd like my right-hand to be able to let me know what's going on science-wise. Ok, I'll amend that to at least my first or second officer (like Data). I want him/her right there with me.
