    Incorrect, the answer is Paradise City. Tycho City is the capital of Luna, aka the Moon. Also, you forgot to ask a question.

    Sorry, I was just joking that he sounded like Worf (as Worf was the other voice I heard when I listened to the audio clip) & by 'little twang' I meant sort of a bit of a Southern accent.
