I'm with him. I don't think i will be able to utter a sound for hours after that!

Data is not only and android who os well constructed, he's a sharp thinker! Data would come into the fight with something to block any tricks Neo had and he would have to really fight. Then Data would break him on two.

I love seafood. Fresh shrimp fried in real butter with GAAAAAAARLIC! Yum!
I think i've voted in too many food poles today...getting hungry!
-
I actually have a recipe that mixes it with pasta, mayo, pineapple and some of the juice of the pineapple, for a nice salad. Its not bad.

Its a wonder these people can find the door and leave their houses in the morning, isn't it?
-
Yeah, i can jsut see Troi smacking him across the face to start that! lol.
Oddly, i thought Tasha had a much more detailed backstory than most of the other characters, but i think Kira's resistance stories were more interesting than Tasha's rape gang stories. They were just distasteful. Sounds like that planet would have been better off of the Klingons took it over since they seemed to intersted in fighting....
-
I also think that Tasha and Troi being friends may have been a little odd. Tasha seemed to be a bundle of inresolved issues and i think that would have bothered Troi. Also a Betazoid, who i would think would be non-violent and a security chief? It made more sence to have her friends with Bev. But that is the same reason i would not have put Troi with Worf either.

new site provider, i think.

In a way, i agree with you, Data. I think after he would have thought it was very upsetting that the first one he was with having emotions being HER!!!!!! would have caused him great upset.
Its kind of like one of us being seduced by Saddam. Ok, maybe he could give you a lot of THINGS (if he were not in hiding or dead...), but could you look at yourself in the morning?
Still, even if it was a flop, most of us look back at our first kiss...etc. as a big thing, something we never forget, even if we are capable of forgetting.
But finding ecstasy in the arms of evil? I can see hours on the Counselor’s couch after that one. (Close your eyes Takara, Yillara and Dsbs, since I know you don’t agree with my feelings about what happened THERE)

It was a very good performance. Stewart and Lenard seemed to work very well together. They sure did, didn't they???!!!
I saw Mr. Leonard at a Con years ago and he was the most incredly REAL person. Not vain, full of himself or fake. He was wonderful to watch and listen to. it was great that they had him on TNG!

its is true. Now its there no matter what. kind of freaked me out one day when i went into someone's post just to update it so the smileys would show up right. I saw that it listed me as editing the post and i decided i would leave the posts as is so people did not think i was adding or taking stuff out. lol

Hope it was a happy one, TM. Sorry we missed it!!!!

Some of us just get over things quickly..and though a few people refuse to believe it, I am one such person(and I am sure Data is such a type of person as well). Its easy to say you have forgiven, not so easy to prove it.
I'm just hoping it did happen (the forgiveness between them) or it may have shadowed Data's FEELING later when he actually got them. I'm a firm believer that once the chip was installed, the jokes he had heard in the past was just the tip of the iceberg as far as what Data went over with new emotional eyes.
The point is, forgiveness is a two way street. If lines of communication are reopened, the forgiveness must be stated by both parties...not just one.
-
So, you laugh at me when i warned you, Ed? NO BERRITOS FOR YOU!!!!!!
-
And the spot on the street where the bull caught him could use a spraying, i bet -
Still, Riker makes sense here. If you SEE someone, but you have not MET them, you don't recall the first time you were just in the same room as that person as the time you first MET. i think most of us require eye contact or a word or two for that moment to be significant.

True Yar was under the influence of the virus, but so was Data and so he was just as much at fault as she was for what happened, but her comments to him were very callous and cutting. Just because Data does not have emotions it does not mean its ok to be rude or hurtful to him.
I can only hope that before her untimely death, they had a chance to sit down and clear the air.

No one could play Data as well as Brent SPINER (one n, or its spinner like someone spinning a top.)
If Brent does not want to play Data anymore, then perhaps we could consider a new actor to play him, but it would hurt....a lot.

I'm not really sure, but i can't see Trek going into reincarnation. And as far as Data with Tasha? I will never forgive her for being mean to Data before she died. Personally, i think Data is too good for her.
I know that Geordi was intended to get Leah B. in NEM. I would like to have seen that. Poor Geordi never did seem to get the girl.

UH, your comment about Cell phone and cashiers...i am assuming you mean that the customer has it and ignores the cashier?
I have had that happen to me and since its just so rude, i talk to them anyway and make sure to put thier change on the counter so they have to struggle to pick it up. Maybe one day they will get the hint, but i doubt it.
I think they should be forbidden in a moving car.

Lore is much more interesting when he is opposing Data. Not that Lore is by any means boring by himself. NO NO, but he is really brought out by Data. I'd love to see the brothers in conflict again.
-
Lore... :unsure:at his evil best when he allied himself with the Borg and nearly turned his brother against the crew of the Enterprise
I also liked Brent's character on Independence Day....looked like my Jr High science teacher Mr.Burtt...spooky
WHAT'S WITH THOSE FANFICS ON THAT OLD SCIENTIST?!?
i kind of liked those. and who are you calling OLD????
Who's your favorite Friend?
