how on earth did trek get u noticed? i find it's usually a turn off for people

He was interested, but he saw me go by holding a Star Trek novel and that was the clincher. He was shocked as heck to see a girl who read Trek and i think it was teh deciding factor for him. After that, he was in my face and turned on the charm to full. I even called him "warp speed man", cuz i thought he was moving things too fast. :(

So you see, this would never happen to me.

With the exception of the alternate ending which I'm thankfull that they cut.

what alt ending? where they show that new first officer?

My husband will get it, but i am not ready to watch it yet.

I too voted for the doctor. I thought he would be interesting and we could psycho analyze the rest of the crew together... and then he coudl tell me just how nuts i am!

I thought the music added much to the show, but was much more noticable than any of the other series...IMHO

I think I will go for Kor since i feel that if the series and continued, we would have seen him again instead of having to wait for DS9 to see him again. (though I loved that one!) He was really cool.
